Miya was really rude when she made a mistake on our group order. She tried to make us pay $30.15 for a meal we never received. She had an attitude when we started talking about the mistake SHE had made. The general manager didn't help in any way he was just standing there and was trying to make us pay. Overall don't have Miya as your server.

When I’m wanting wings this Big City is my go to spot. The food comes out amazing. Our server Joseph provided excellent service. Even the manager Cliff checked in on us. It truly shows how much they value service. I would definitely recommend this location!

His service was so good that I asked to speak to the manager, Cliff, who was also an amazing guy. Will definitely be coming back.

Loved the food! The Buffalo Lemon Pepper Extra Hot Wings are SO GOOOOD!!!!!! It was a packed house but our waitress Emma (Ask for her) took good care of us and we enjoyed the Wwe Wrestling event that was being shown!The manager Cliff came to check on us a few times and all was good!Will definitely be back especially for WWE Events!

Horrible service! Party of five and only four received their meal. Ordered the fifth meal twice more before it came. Five tables came in after us, ate and left before our fifth person got his meal. After an hour and a half had to go ask for the bill and complain. Received a meager $20 discount and no apology.
