I went here with a few coworkers for lunch and things did not go well. We were late getting back to work because we waited a hour to get our food. We waited because we kept being told the food was coming out. We only ordered burgers and fries which should've been quick. It never should of taken that long just for some burgers and fries. The manager did not try to help other than telling us he would have our food bagged up for us since they had us late for work. We weren't even offered a discount for the bad experience. The burgers were good we just couldn't enjoy our meal because we were running so late because of the terrible service. If you don't have all day or all night to wait I would look to go elsewhere for lunch or dinner.

I stopped into Biggio's with my fiancé after Light up the Park at Daikin. The food was superb, service was fantastic and atmosphere was great as well. With all the TVs, including the giant projected screen in the corner, this is definitely an awesome place to watch a game. Can't wait to go back before—or during—an Astros game. Highly recommend.

Came by here after having a conference at GRB. The place was fairly empty so I didn’t have to wait at all and I opted to sit at the bar for the experience.
The bartender asked me if I wanted to drink anything, I said I would just be ordering food. He didn’t seem too keen with that, maybe because I was at the bar but not ordering drinks?
The food was great and definitely hit the spot. The tofu was deep fried to perfection and the chips were good, I think the green salsa could be a little better.
I’m not sure if the bartender was having a bad day but he didn’t seem too happy to serve me which tainted the bar experience for me.

Great bar and grill food. The variety of burgers was surprisingly welcomed. The onion dip was amazing. The service was quick and to the point. The tv selection is pretty good. We visited this place after the holiday lights at Daikin park. Go Stros!

Aurora was absolutely incredible and truly went above and beyond for our group at Biggio’s. We were hosting a Texas Tech University dance alumni gathering, and due to a banquet schedule conflict, our turnout shifted throughout the evening. Aurora was gracious, patient, and incredibly accommodating every step of the way.
Her professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless. As someone who plans alumni events regularly, having a server like Aurora makes all the difference and makes my job so much easier.
It’s people like her who elevate an event from good to great. We’re already looking ahead to next year and sincerely hope Aurora is still there to take care of our Texas Tech alumni again. Thank you, Aurora. You are truly a star!

Everybody at this bar was so wonderful. The food was fresh and fast. I was here for a convention and let me just say Jessie was FANTASTIC. He was attentive to every single person here. Jessie was so friendly and even though they were slammed he took care of every drink. Jessie is wonderful!

Was there on Sunday and my server looked like she was in a rush to leave. I felt like we were an inconvenience to her and honestly will not come back. It was a girl with light brown or blonde hair. For the price we pay we expected better.
