I can't give a review on the food, because I didn't get anything. I found this place google and the reviews are good. We hot there and the door was locked. We got I the car when someone popped up in the takeout window. She didn't speak English or Spanish. We did find out we couldn't eat inside, which was the whole point of going out to eat. I'll have to try again when I want to eat at home.

It was an absolutely amazing bacon double cheese burger! I was barely able to finish it but I did! An adorable older man who looked to be of Asian desent took out order & then excitedly stated, "I am going to make this for you!" He then disappeared into the back somewhere & a woman came out & made our order which we found hilarious! Out food was ready fast & came very hot!! We sat on the bench in front of the building while watching the rain come down & pondering the origins of a Siamese kitten hanging out under a truck parked near by. It was a gorgeous ordeal!!

At Toyota center 10 employees, 3 “working” 25 people waiting for burgers that they paid for in advance for over 30min. If anyone cared about this business they would fire everyone working there on 12/16/23. Finally got a refund, and went elsewhere. HORRIBLE, fire them all. Idiots had 3 patties on grill with 15 prepaid burgers waiting. Had the I don’t give a chit attitude of y'all can wait, while they giggled and grinned at the mess they created. Again, FIRE THEM ALLL!!!!!

The reiews made me want to try this place out but I'm left bewildered. There's no way I will ever order from here again. How do they ever pass a health inspection, or with the cash only are they flying under the radar? Some of the food I spit into the trash. The only thing made authentic was the onion rings and they were fried in old, nasty oil. The burger was a frozen patty. The bun was stale. The fish was something like you got on fish Friday at the school cafeteria. The shrimp just scared me. My family said ’the stale french fries are the most edible thing?' It was mid afternoon... maybe lunch rush is when they shine, but I'll stick with food from the taco truck on the corner of Sheldon/90 or Good Times Marina when I don't want to drive.I really hate to leave a bad review, but I feel like people need to be warned our experience compared to the best burgers in Houston reviews.

Very few places get a 5 star review from me so 4 is really good! If you’re looking for an old school burger like the ones you might have had as a kid, this place fits the bill! Pun intended.I got the double cheeseburger basket. Every order of fries comes with a few onion rings on top of them. They were okay- not bad, not excellent. I would’ve cut them thicker. The fries were pretty good! Once again, this isn’t gourmet- this is like all the old hamburger stands from the “good old days” (whatever that means to you).As for the burger, well it was as you’d expect! A frozen patty cooked on an old skillet, a little salt, pepper, slightly greasy. Covered in two pieces of cheap cheese, mayo and mustard, a thick piece of fresh tomato, strong onions, fresh lettuce, on a grilled hamburger bun. All a growing boy needs to start the day! ?Was this good compared to something ‘bougie’ like Rodeo Goat burgers? Not exactly. Did it satisfy that odd craving for a nostalgic ‘old school’ burger and still be under $10? Absolutely!!! I recommend it if you’re in the Sheldon area and sick of the typical chain fast food places. You can only eat so many McBurgers or Whonpers until you have to step outside the box! Don’t forget though: Bill’s is CASH ONLY!

The Absolute best Burger I have had in years.As my grandkids would call it " an Old School Burger made with care and attention!You walk up to an outside window, ring the little bell, order and pay for your food. Sit in your car until the owner presents your food at the window. Piping hot, fresh, and plentiful!Thank you Bill's Chicken & Burger place! Burger, fries, and canned soda for less than $7.00No joke. It's Worth the drive from anywhere!

Great for take out orders, hamburgers are exactly like you used to remember them, large, you know before shrink-flation took hold of the fast food industry. It's located in an industrial area, so many workers call in their orders and swing by to pick up.
