I got the Buffalo sandwich... They burnt the chicken, it was overcooked. The Mac and cheese was cold, it had a good flavor just cold.

A great spot for bad vegans, and not just because The Underground Hall's lighting makes it a challenge for people to spot you WAY in the back obsessed with Bird Haus. We've been all about their Lil Chicks box with an order of fried pickles to share on top of the fries that already come with the boneless tenders. The service was quick but welcoming. And this last time we swung by, we got our pickles first which made a nice app. Their fried breading here has a crunch that doesn't separate from the chicken or pickles, both of which have been flavorful and far from dry. The fries are well-seasoned, but they don't leave you feeling thirsty. Bird Haus makes me thankful that I don't work downtown. Just the thought of all that flavor would mess with my punctuality and overall productivity, even with Miyoko Schinner mains in my brown bag.

It was a bad experience, the chicken tenders was dark , oily and dry. It seems they don’t change the oil frequently. The fries and toast were fine other wise nope. I will never come here again.

Sadly, my chicken was so overcooked and dry I was unable to eat it. The fries were okay but needed more seasoning. I was really excited to try this place.. I am so sad that it ended up being a huge waste of money. I will not be back:/.

The service was fast and friendly. Well... friendly in a non verbal manner. I ordered ahead and went to pick up to go. I asked about my food and was handed a bag. I was really in the mood for fried chicken and the selection of places that have that in this area is slim. The chicken was juicy and hot. I ordered medium spicy but there was no spicy. It was very tangy. Mustard forward. I couldn't get over the funny twang and regretted not handing the bag to the homeless guy on the street who insisted i feed him. Ok. Ill enjoy the coleslaw. I am a coleslaw fan. It looked very plain but ok... im still gonna dig in. Ew i had to spit it out. It had a consistency like whipped cream cheese. It was the worst. I ate half a piece of the toast which was generously buttered and enjoyed the fat crinkle fries. I will not be eating here again. Location is great. Service was fast.

As the youths say, "BUSSIN, BUSSIN!" seriously quick service, good price, flavorful tender chicken. I only remove one star on atmosphere because the location is full of greasy smoke. A fine atmosphere for a bar, but not in a suit during lunch hours.
