This was a very nice dining experience around 4:30 in the afternoon after watching a Christmas Carol nearby at the Alley Theatre. The service was very good and we enjoyed the table by the window in a nice little alcove with a Christmas tree near us. Really enjoyed the chicken Parmesan as well as the eggplant Parmesan and the wine was divine.
Excellent. One of our hilights every year. We always have dinner before or after seeing “a Christmas Carol”
Perfect date night, would love to come back and try more of the menu!

Place was it's usually crowded situation for a Saturday night. The table they gave us was by the window along the hall. Not very “romantic” but we actually warmed to the idea of no other tables adjacent which reduced the noise level and allowed us to chat without strain. Our waiter, Blaze, was attentive without over bearing. When he brought our wine I refused the glass that still had lipstick on it. He was mortified and handled it really professionally. Good food.
For $22 for an appetizee pizza, AWFUL
.raw dough, molten sauce and unmelted cheese. Stay away.

A great pre-theater experience. We were in more of a rush than we intended because of traffic on the west side of town. The staff seated us and we were able to order drinks and dinner quickly. The food was lovely, as was the wine. A wonderful start to the evening.
Excellent restaurant! Just like I remember the location in New Orleans at the top of the Jax Brewery back in the 80s. Lulu's lasagna tastes exactly the same as it did back then!
I will always love Birraporettis. Drinks, appetizers, eggplant parmesan and chicken piccatta were perfectly delicious. Lovely live music.

Went to Birraporetti's before our show at the Hobby Center, an easy walk. I got the Curtain Call dinner special. Salad, steak & shrimp (comes with a side of Alfredo), and dessert (I picked the chocolate mousse). The whole meal was yummy.
They DO NOT split checks, but since I had gotten the dinner special, it was easy for the waiter to charge me just for that.

The bar experience was awesome. This is a great place to go before a show in the theatre district here in Houston.
Very relaxing

Not bad at all! Next time I’ll order the chicken Alfredo, as my crab cakes weren’t what I expected. That’s just me. Everything else was AMAZING! Lovely staff lovely restaurant thank you!!
We went before an event (and had a reservation). Waited 10 minutes to even get waters and flag down a waiter, then waited over 30 minutes for our drinks (2 glasses of wine), and around 45 minutes for our food (ordered at same time as drinks). Food was fine and decently priced, just would not recommend going here if it’s crowded or before an event.

Food was good. The chicken piccata was fried, which is not what I was expecting and a bit salty but overall it was good. It is very easy to go to before a show. Enjoyed the meal thought it was good can't complain. It just wasn't anything outstanding.
