Last time I ordered I got the Birria Ramen and churros this time I got the Birria tacos, Birria flautas, elote and churros. This chef has mastered consistency and timeliness which is usually why food trucks fail. The food is delicious, the portions filling, and the price reasonable. I will definitely keep this place on my go to list when I am in the mood for a delicious quick and healthy meal.
