Have been here many times, but. Today an older gentleman was speaking on his phone in speaker mode, loud (it’s a small restaurant). Asked the waiter to please encourage man to talk direct or outside, he didn’t. My wife was going to go, I got up and asked the waiter to please speak to the gentleman, he said he would not. Really? It’s a Resturant that seeks to appear upscale, but to not do this? In fact he said this was permitted. I am shaking my head in disbelief. PS my wife...

Today, an impromptu luncheon date with my lovely wife! We were nearby after an eye exam, and dropped in for a 1pm lunch. Bistro Le Cep, has been a family favorite for years. Our visit this afternoon was another delightful decision…

Entering, we were welcomed by the french-country atmosphere and escorted to a table for two. First impression - the table was beautifully plated over a freshly ironed tablecloth. Nice touch! Reviewing the menu - the original thought...

Well worth the drive from Simonton. The food was excellent so was the service. I had the wild boar it was cooked to perfection.The sauce was very tasty too,my wife had the catch of the day which was red fish it was delicious too.The service was excellent.We'll be back soon!
