BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

I had a great experience at BJ’s thanks to our waitress coco She was friendly, attentive, and made sure our table had everything we needed throughout our visit. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations that we ended up loving. Even though the restaurant was busy, she stayed professional, checked on us regularly and kept a positive attitude and I would definitely look forward to being served by her again.

I had to wait an hour and 45 minutes for a burger and fries. Not only that, the check took another hour.

I was in a of a party of 20 and was sadly not the only one with problems. From meats not cooked correctly to a pasta dish not having sauce.

They took 2 hours to bring me my food. 1 for my side salad, and one more for my main. Even refill on drink took a minimum of 30 minutes. The food was not even good enough to make up for it. They really took a full hour for the check ,with an incorrect amount too.This was my first and last time here.

Just left this place. Where do I start... Our drinks sat at the bar for 20 min. We were a party of 20. Out of the 20 7 peoples meals came out incorrect. My daughter had to wait an hour and a half for a BURGUR! After the manager agreed to discounts, we waited a whole hour for our checks, just to have the come out incorrect. Me and my family walked out. I was not spending another minute waiting for my check. I would not recommend this place!

Our waiter made the experience extraordinary (Bradley) was awesome he was frequently checking on us, he wasn’t afraid to get personal, great customer service experience, this man needs a bonus.

Food was not good. I went for dinner last night with my husband and we tried to order the spinach artichoke dip and waitress said they were out. Then my husband tried to order a steak and they said they were out of that also. He ordered another dish and wasn't satisfied at all. We chose to just pay and leave our plates. A waste of $120. Waitress was very nice but she just had alot of tables assigned to her.

I went to BJs on 1960 near Willowbrook mall. We were sat immediately because it wasn't that busy. We sat, and sat and no one came to greet our table, bring waters, etc. We finally left and told the Mgr we would go where our dollar was appreciated! Went to the BJs in Pearland. Had to wait 15-20 for a table because they were busy. Had FANTASTIC service and food. Don't go to the FM 1960 location!

First off, it was cold in there! Like they left the freezer door open cold! It was cold outside and we were going to warm up. Nope! We ordered and they brought out our food. Everyone got their food but my grandson, who ordered a kid sized cheese pizza. You could tell or food had been sitting and waiting around to be served. They finally brought it out and it wasn't even cut. Our waitress was nonexistent. The food was subpar and the music was loud and then soft and then loud again. Definitely won't be back.

I am shocked by the treatment my daughter and her high school theatre group (17–18 years old, very well-mannered students) received at BJ’s last night. From the moment they were seated, the server told them she “was not going to deal with their bullshit” — before taking a single order.

Throughout their visit, their food was extremely late, refill requests were denied, and they were told not to request anything else if they weren’t satisfied. The situation escalated when the server yelled at a student and pointed directly at his face. When another employee witnessed this, they simply shrugged and said, “Oh well, that’s just how the server is.”

This is completely unacceptable and appalling, especially for a group of respectful teenagers. Management needs to take immediate action to address this behavior — no one, especially minors, should ever be treated this way.

The bartender Giovanni was awesome. Super attentive and gave me great advice about the menu and beer. Will definitely be coming back !

Happened to be in the area and stopped in for dinner. Started with the avocado egg rolls as an appetizer and they were amazing!! Had the brewhouse grilled chicken, cheddar potatoes and asparagus, sooo good! Aside from the food being delicious, I wanted to take a moment to brag on our server, Christie. She greeted us with a smile and often checked on us throughout our meal. Very kind and polite, attentive and truly made our dining experience pleasant. If you're in the area, stop in for good food and great service!!

Came here for a Bday dinner. Had a great pizza and even better beer. Christie was our server and she was great as well. She made the experience even better with her great service and fun personality.
