The restaurant had a strange smell when you first walk in the restaurant. The gentleman that greeted me at the door wasn't very welcoming . He sat me down and the table was dirty. The second person that came to the table to take my drink order. I asked her to clean off the dirty table she did it with an attitude and decided she didn't want to wait on me. The third person that took my order she was friendly and could see my frustration. I really enjoy Black Bears food because we live in a time when it is all about customer service people want to spend their money for good service. Black Bear is in the people business and this management team needs to work on their customers service skills. You build a good team with the good behaviors.

Came for breakfast and received excellent service from Ebony. The table next to us had the most amazing looking chicken and waffles so I had to order them to try - they did not disappoint!! SO good and will definitely order again!

Great service and great food. Jody was our server and was absolutely amazing.

We recently visited Black Bear Diner in Cypress for breakfast, and as always, the food was absolutely fantastic! The biscuits are huge, fluffy, and incredibly delicious. Every dish we ordered was perfectly prepared and the portions were excellent.
Unfortunately, we forgot to take pictures of the food this time (which we regret because it looked as amazing as it tasted), but this just gives us another reason to come back soon! Next time, we’ll definitely capture some photos and videos to share because this place deserves all the recognition.

It is Christmas the food service was fast, Ebony my waitress was very helpful and professional. The place is clean. I enjoyed the meal. Chicken Fried Steak mashed potatoes and green beans. Taste like it was home cooked. This was really good. Great Job guys
