I'm writing this just as we're leaving the parking lot. The food and service were great. My only issue was related to a baby changing table that needed repair, which a manager quickly checked and will be working on a solution for. This is greatly appreciated.

Stopped by for breakfast before we hit the road. Our waiter, Drew was amazing! He greeted us with a big warm smile and was very attentive to all of our needs/requests.

The food was excellent and great portions!

Thank you Black Bear Diner for fast and friendly service. My husband and I went out to run errands. We did go a restaurant prior to coming to you guys. But the service was not it. The restaurant wasn’t even packed and me and my husband was ignored even after being seated for 10 minutes. We left and came to this restaurant. It was busy but we were seated immediately. The restaurant was packed but people were being served and taken care of. Our waiter was absolutely amazing the older gentleman really turned our day around. Thank you Black Bear Diner seriously the service and food was great and I’ll definitely be back in soon. ❤️

This place is awesome. Katherine is a great server. Very helpful.

Ordered two pies for pickup and they gave me the wrong ones.

Honestly one of the worst restaurants ever. They took 30 minutes to get us waters and then took another hour for our food. I don't blame the waitress but she definitely was not attentive. We ordered food and half of it still never came out. And food was mid. My mistake for wanting to come here. First and last.

The banana pudding French toast was delicious and my mini volcano was gigantic lol I only ate one pancake so I have to remember their pancakes are huge lol The staff is amazing and always made sure my coffee cup was filled and provided me hazelnut creamer. I love those details where they make sure you’re happy. I will say be prepared to wait for a table if you go right at lunchtime. It’s worth it.
