You had ONE young lady working there & I must say that for the madness that was going on...She did an OUTSTANDING job!! She handled the crowd rather well!! The rating I gave was because of her!! However, you BRC owner get 0 stars for only having one employee working!! Shame on you! Would you want your teenage daughter or son working alone!?!? DO BETTER!!

So I went in on Dec 8 at 5:40 pm and it was the day if the christmas parade, it got pretty busy that night. I went in to get 2 coffees snd noticed they only had 1 girl taking orders on drive thru, taking orders inside and making the cofee herself, this was so messed up THE OWNERS should be ashamed to let the girl do this on her own, you can tell se was feeling the pressure. Bad on the company for letting an employee work like that, this girl needs a RAISE she held her own like a true professional. She deserves 5 stars

I ordered caramel truffle and for me it was just a box of sugar. I split a large between 3 people and we all agreed the sugar content was extremely too much.
The drink was more like syrup.
Wonderful environment though. I'll try it once more maybe it was just that drink.🤷🏾♀️
Every time I have been here, there is exactly one woman working. She is the same woman I always see, friendly and makes a good coffee 60% of the time. But every time I go here it is unbearingly, unnecessarily freezing. The oven is never on/working to serve hot/warm foods so I never get to purchase any. Yesterday when I visited, in one of the bathrooms, the seat was up and there was poop splattered on around the bowl and a little on the seat. Annoyed but not easily grossed or phased and needing to pee very badly, knowing It would only take seconds, I tried to wipe it with 90% alcohol I keep on hand and some paper towels. It wouldn't come off. I genuinely hate going here, but I go here with my daughter occasionally as a coffee place for us to bond and grab coffee because eventually we get tired of our usual rotations (7 Brew/ Black Rifle/Dutch Bros/ Minuti/ Ogi's) and because she actually enjoys the coffee. As much as the woman is friendly and the coffee is decent, I genuinely never want to come here again. I rarely leave bad review like this. Like it really has to be bad for me to go out of my way to take the time to leave a review. They need to neutralize the coldness in the building, keep the bathrooms clean and ffs, have a warmer somewhere to keep foods warm (especially in the last hour) so people can have that option to purchase. These problems conjunctively make me think that it is purposeful to keep customers out or moving on.

I recently visited Black Rock Coffee Bar, and while the overall experience was good, there were a few things that could be improved. The coffee itself was great – I really enjoyed the flavor and quality of the drinks. The service was friendly, but there were times it felt a little slow, which took away from the overall experience. The atmosphere is cool, and it’s a nice place to hang out, but the food didn’t quite hit the mark for me. It wasn’t bad, but it didn’t stand out either. That said, it’s a solid spot if you’re looking for good coffee and a chill vibe!

09/13(Friday) was great spot to get out of traffic. Young lady working today was great, nice personality. Unlike an experience I've had while back... Traffic rush hours, this place is perfect to stop off
Parking: Haven't been during morning or lunch but early eve traffic hours parking is Great!

I tried the iced Mexican mocha made half sweet with vanilla cold foam. It was pretty good! New fave coffee drink! It tastes like the perfect blend of coffee and chocolate abuelita IYKYK. The staff were friendly. Only 4 stars bc honestly $8 for a med coffee is crazy, and I haven’t been here enough times to ensure that they can consistently make this drink well.
