Our waiter was wonderful; we were a group of 8 gals, all separate checks with “can you add this” and “I don't want that with mine,” he was the greatest, we had a great time with him

My friend and I went for the all day happy hour on Tuesday, I'm assuming that's one of their busiest days because service was really slow, they were really nice when we did get waited on though. Margaritas were strong and good, the apps were okay, 6/10, salsa wasn't the greatest but it got the job done

The food was fresh, hot and absolutely delicious!! The flavor was excellent. Our server - Jada was the best!! Service was perfect!! She hit 100% on everything.

I will be returning to this restaurant soon because it has become one of my favorites. The place is a must-visit for anyone looking for delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere. The rice was by far the best I have ever tried, offering excellent quality at an affordable rate. The service was also super wonderful, with attentive staff making the experience even more enjoyable. Diego, in particular, was the best waiter and he was friendly, attentive, and very professional. This is a must go to restaurant.

The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. You can tell they truly care about quality and customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family!

We were there on Wednesday and they had a private party booked and the party was loud, rude disrespectful and disruptive to other patrons. If you are going to book a large party then you should shut the restaurant down to the general public. I called and expressed my concerns the next day and they said that they were aware of the situation and would have a manager call me back. So far no call back. I won’t go here again

Kyle was such a delight. Not only an excellent bartender but also incredibly patient with my Goldilocks issue with the air conditioning since I must have moved seats at the bar 900 times 😂. He took such great care of me and my colleague and made the whole evening easy and fun. The food was fantastic and everybody we interacted with was absolutely fantastic as well. I hope we can make it back to Blanco before we leave Houston.

Stopped by Blanco today and sat at the bar for drinks and some food. Our server/bartender was Kyle and he was amazing! Great suggestions on food, which was delicious, and fantastic drinks. I got the carne asada burrito and the jalapeño and pineapple margaritas and both were wonderful! The drink wasn't to sweet and the steak was cooked perfectly. Definitely hit this place up and check out Kyle at the bar. Make sure to ask for the spicy salsa!
