I was a bit disappointed with my experience at this coffee shop. While the atmosphere was nice, the staff didn’t seem very interested in helping me find a coffee that suited my taste. Instead of asking thoughtful questions to understand my preferences, they simply recommended a popular item. Unfortunately, the suggestion didn’t match my palate, and I ended up leaving with a more than half-full cup. It would be great if they put more effort into personalizing recommendations...
Blendin makes excellent coffee. I would rank them in the top three coffee spots in Houston, definitely the best in the area. They are very consistent with their brewing, and have a friendly staff. They sell croissants, both savory and sweet, made by Love Croissants, which are popular, and they have a few gluten free options.

I bought some Costa Rican coffee from here and it was quite tasty!
The 10 oz bag it came in needs to be better as it would not seal once opened. No matter how I tried to line up the seals, it would not close. I do appreciate the quality of the info/taste card and box though.
I do wish that Blendin sold 2 lb bags and that you could place the order online. Instead you are limited to either the 10 Oz bags or have to create a wholesale account...
