Yall.... BLISS BAKERY has hit another homerun with their breakfast.The blueberry danish is a perfect blend of sweet blueberry, tangy cream cheese and zesty lemon. I think i could eat like 10 of them. It has a great cruch and then soft center.The Chocolate Croissant had the same initial cruchyness and pillowy soft goodness with the added plus of some good quality dark chocolate. The amount of chocolate is perfectly in balance with the croissant. I always hesitate on chocolate croissant...
Ooh my lort! Y'all got 2 new fans today! Daughter and I stopped in before closing and shared a grilled cheese club. Absolutely AMAZING! We devoured it! Greg, was in there grilling it up! They specialize in cheesecakes, and Greg was full of information! And, get this, veteran owned y'all! Go and get you some Bliss Bakery!!
