I ordered desserts from my favorite dessert at Blodgett Food Hall and after paying I got a message that they don’t deliver to my area and after $53.26 from my PayPal account. I have desperately tried to get a refund to no avail maybe this review and the owner could reach out. I hate to give bad reviews but come on be a good business with good customer service. Who owns this spot anyway they are very sure to keep themselves from being transparent. There’s also videos out there, showing their lack of customer service. This is absolutely theft of service!
No workers, service took an hour, we ordered from 3 different places inside and the food temp was different for all the food! This for college kids that don’t have nothing to do, but sit around and wait. 1st and last time

My first and last time coming to this establishment. The ordering process is weird, food selection is subpar. The woman working the counter was very rude to everyone, I asked for ranch dressing for items ordered and she told me if I didn't know what kitchen I ordered from they weren't giving me any. ? This is definitely not a family friendly place.

Service was horrible. I waited an hour for my food. I kept checking the status and it kept saying in progress. Finally I decided to reach out to customer service to get a refund through the link on my receipt. Right after I submitted my complaint inquire, the order attendant, older black woman, yelled out my name and just pointed to the boxes to get my order. I had to get her attention again to ask her where do I pick up my food as I never received a box # to pickup my order. She stated “You pick it up in the box”. I stated, “I never got a confirmation to which box to pickup my order from”. She stated, “ I don’t know why you didn’t get the confirmation”, and proceeded to grab my food out the box and scan the receipt attached to it. She then says, “Alright you good” referencing that I can leave with my order and she walked away. She never pushed the order closer to me across counter for it to be easier for me to access the food. She was very unprofessional and never apologized her miscommunication on me receiving my order an hour later when it had been ready to pick up. I doubt I will return back to this establishment.
Toasty’s Breakfast Burritos: I’m giving this place 3 stars ONLY because the food is actually good. Service wise.. lack luster and they pay no attention to detail. I’ve ordered from this place on DoorDash a handful of times and each time I’m missing extra sauces that I’ve paid for or something is wrong with my order. This time I went to actually pick up my own food thinking it’ll be different and again.. missing sauce. I don’t think they have as much sauces as they claim to have on DoorDash. Also it wasn’t until I got home that I realized they forgot to put egg in my burrito.. that’s the second option on the list in DoorDash.. how could they forget. They need to do better.

I ordered from mad dogs. It came out pretty quick. This was my first time here so I was a little confused at first. You can either order from the kiosk or your phone. There are multiple restaurants here so if you’re undecided definitely give it a try
