Pretty good place. Ok food. Pretty ok service. Margaritas are good, but nothing special. However, this restaurant wins for it's ability to handle medium to large family groups. Lots of outdoor seating and a large, chaotic, semi constructed play area for kids. Parents can get over the so so margs while the kids play in an enclosed "play" space.

Went for an early dinner tonight. After being seated we waited for an extra long time to place a drink order. Wait staff were visiting with each other rather than taking care of customers. We have always enjoyed this place but it’s gone downhill. It’s extremely dirty, you can hardly see out the windows, the window sils were extremely bad (the waiter put napkins over the debris so as not to stir it up), the underside of the palapa in back was ripped up and looked like stuff...

1st time ever eating here, lifelong Houstonian. What drew me in was the Mole Enchiladas.

Went here for lunch. Service was great, food was hot and delicious but the rice was not fully cooked, a disappointment on the very first bite. The menu prices are also high and overpriced for a Mexican restaurant, you actually pay more and get less food than other very good Mexican restaurants. If you navigate further to their website, they say Mole Enchiladas are $16.99...
