The experience is amazing and utterly chill when studying and working with a nice cup of matcha latte on the side. 🍵 The drinks are tasty and atmosphere is on top with a nice look outside giving that ultimate cafe vibe! Truly one of the best looking cafes you would totally want to visit sometime 👌🏼

This place serves delicious medium roasted coffee; espresso with a top notch roaster I’m very familiar with. The customer service was a little off putting but the lady making the drinks when my husband and I were there, she was nice. The atmosphere was stiff and not inviting I also feel like latte art because I enjoy taking pictures and posting online to free promote businesses but this is not that big a deal.
Would I come back, maybe….but as a native I know where to find good espresso in Houston along with service. I would come back for the coffee but not for the service.

I didn't try their food, but rather a simple Earl Grey tea, but it seemed like a nice place to visit and enjoy a nice pastry. I went with some friends and enjoyed a nice time for a little while.

Great service! The muffin was very good — fresh - and warmed up! Matcha tea very good and can be ordered with no sugar. Drip coffee a little weak but had a great flavor. Super clean !

Walked an and was informed that they close In an hour so no more drip coffee only espresso with hot water, the quiche was so small bite size AND COLD IN THE MIDDLE and $5 this place is nice to sit and chill but brew your own coffee at home and bring a to go mug or get one at Starbucks coffee and sit outside as the line is long because only one person that takes your order and makes your drink like in third world countries rent must be sky high in this establishment so they are forced to cut corners

I come here about once a week. It’s good, and it’s super convenient for me. It’s just glacially slow. They have multiple people behind the counter but only one person is ever doing anything. The others are usually chatting amongst themselves or with customers sitting at the bar.
I’m writing this review because they forgot my order and didn’t notice for 15 minutes until I said something. Mind you, no customers have come since I ordered.

This is a convenient stop if it's raining hard or you need to get groceries, since it's attached to an H-E-B with free garage parking. Vibe is professional, like a nice office building lobby. Quiet, comfortable seating, big tables, wonderful natural lighting with huge south-facing windows.
The espresso is single-origin Amaya. I don't prefer Amaya for black coffee, but I love them for lattes; sadly, an unflavored oat latte here is just over $7.00 after tax, highest I've ever seen in the loop. If you don't need outlets or wifi, I'd go to Catalina right down the street where the same drink with the same beans is $4.25.

This is a lovely coffee shop! They have plenty of seating to sit and enjoy a coffee or pastry. I visited a few times and really enjoyed my coffee every time. The matcha latte and Viet coffee are both wonderful. The breakfast sandwiches are great, I especially enjoyed the egg white spinach feta sandwich.
Parking: There is a free parking lot, but it can be a bit tricky to find parking during peak times (next to an HEB).

Love this place!! Whenever I want an amazing tasting iced latte, this is my first choice (and i've tried an overwhelming amount of coffee shops in Houston). The baristas are always kind, and the ambiance is very relaxing and music never overly loud. My only qualms are the lack of outlets and early closing time, which only bothers me so much due to being a student. It may take a minute to find a parking spot, but that's just Houston for you.

Coffee shop was very nice, I did like that it wasn’t over crowded like other places. This was my first time in blue tile and I’m not really a coffee drinker but decided to stop in. The lady at the register with pink hair was very dismissive and wasn’t really informative on what would be a good coffee choice. She seemed annoyed from the time I walked up to the counter, however, a very nice young lady standing behind her was very welcoming and have me some options. Besides that, the coffee I received was good just not the customer service.

I come here often maybe 2-3 times a week to get their drip coffee and start my day. I really like this place because it's very open and you get just the right amount of sunlight. It provides a peaceful place to enjoy your brew and write a few emails. What's even better though is this is the type of place that it you leave your debit card at, then it will be stored safely with management and employees. This literally happened to me today and I'm in the back of an Uberon the way over there now. I'm excited I don't have to reorder one and they were just super helpful. Good people and I recommend it.

Nice location but not the best coffee, my hot latte was literally cold and not tasted so good.

I come here often- Blue Tile has become more sterile over time, compared to cozier competing shops’ vibes. While they have great pastries and empanadas, I recently found out that several staff members I enjoyed coming in to chat with were fired all at once. The ones who are left were put in uniforms instead of being allowed to express themselves. People go to coffee shops for the personality just as much as the coffee.
Some outlets are also covered, with WiFi that is now timed based on when you buy food, making WFH a bit harder for remote workers. On top of that, your WiFi code is unique each time, on a printed receipt that is not always given to you, so that’s a bit difficult.
This place has a chance to be so much more, in the amazing location that it is in. Do better, Blue Tile management!
