I was just there last night (4/17/2024) celebrating my daughter’s bday. The food was great, but when we asked for the waiters to come by our table to sing her happy birthday, NO ONE came…even though we asked TWICE. First, when we had just gotten there and the second time right after we finished eating. Total disappointment. But that was just the beginning.My daughter forgot her purse at the restaurant and didn’t realize it until the morning when she was getting ready for school. So I waited until they opened the place (11am) and I gave them the description of the purse, it is a black YSL purse (designer) and they said that they didn’t see it and that they would have to ask the night manager to see if they had put it in the safe. I left my name and number, no one called me back.I called again around 2pm and this time they told me that they didn’t have it and that it wasn’t in the safe & that they had been “so busy” that they didn’t get a chance to look at the cameras.I ended up going straight there after work, determined to get answers, then when I walked in they had all but TWO customers/tables only, but they were “SO BUSY”. Then while waiting at the main door for the “manager”, my daughter happened to look under their front desk and her purse was there! Was it there the whole time?? Were they trying to keep it because it’s a designer purse?? My daughter grabbed her purse and walked out super aggravated.I stayed behind and waited until I spoke to the manager because I wanted to tell him myself that we had found and I wanted to see his reaction, and he was STILL trying to tell me that “they didn’t have it and that they hadn’t had a chance to look at the cameras”.That’s when I told him that my daughter had found her purse right behind their main counter! What you mean you didn’t have it? It was RIGHT THERE!After that, he didn’t know what to say anymore and I just walked out. Ridiculous people!I’m glad my daughter looked back there! Otherwise it might’ve stayed “lost”.This was a previous review I had left a year ago:I was there last Thursday night (4/14/23) and although they were not packed, we did not get good service. Our waitress would disappear for long periods of time, we had to chase people around to bring us our check and nobody could help us, they kept basically throwing us around from server to server and no one wanted to check us out. We ended up going to the front desk and the girl there told us under her breath and not even looking at us that she was not able to check us out there, I made a comment and even said "Look, we've BEEN trying to pay for over 15 minutes now, should we just assume the meals were free and leave??" ONLY THEN someone from the back came and finalized our bill at the front registrar where the girl said she "couldn't check us out at". WORST SERVICE and its a shame because their food is actually really good.

If you're craving a little bit of cajun here in Houston, this is the place. Started with a beer for him and a Mango Tango for me. Fantastic drink, but be careful, it's sneaky! I would have pisted a pic of the loaded fries green tomatoes if I hadn't jumped on them like a duck on a junebug. Oh well, you'll just have to be satisfied with the crawfish, shrimp, corn and potatoes that we destroyed! It's a Tuesday, so we got 5 lbs of crawfish for $45! We added a pound of shrimp and almost needed a dolly to get us out to our car. Trust me, fresh, well-seasoned and delicious! Come on to NW Houston abd eat some real Cajun crawfish!

I've been looking for crawfish that's just like home forever, and no place seemed to please me UNTIL I tried Bluewater. The crawfish meat is ACTUALLY seasoned with a lot of flavor. IF YOU'RE FROM LOUISIANA AND READING THIS: GET YOUR JUICY CRAWFISH FROM HERE! THIS IS THE BEST THAT YOU'LL EVER GET IN HOUSTON! I recommend getting the Original. You won't be disappointed!!

I come here all the time with my daughter she loves the crab here. I have had issues with it being served cold. Nothing worse then under cooked food but when I bring it up the fix the issue with no problem. Crawfish is amazing spice wise. The lack in size, if you want good size it's not here.
