Both me and my friend got food poisoning this past weekend from here. Was really excited to try this place and ended up sick. We had both got milk teas with pudding. Talked to another friend and she said she has also gotten sick after drinking a milk tea from here.

I had a wonderful experience here, very friendly, patient and professional staff. The decor is also so cute, (they have a mirror where you could take cute pictures with your friends!), also they have a small vending machine lol I got the Pina colada, I forgot what my friends got but they were all Soo good! I really recommend this cute place!

Took 15 minutes in non busy hours. The staff was a Karen over a moving a chair to the patio. The drinks were terrible, we could not continue consuming this trash. There is plenty of other tea places you can go that are good nearby, just not this one.

My friends and I ordered food and drinks and decided to sit outside to enjoy them with our cigars. I went inside to request a chair without arms so one of my friends could sit more comfortably. I was immediately and rudely told, ‘No, you can’t do that.’ The tone was dismissive and unprofessional. When I asked to speak with a manager, another employee told me that it would be fine to use the chair.
If you’re the owner, I highly suggest providing customer service training to your staff. The way this situation was handled reflects poorly on the business, and it’s unfortunate to see why the place seems to be declining.

i've been coming here since i was in high school and it's still been a go-to place for me even as an adult! the staff here are always so attentive and kind :D!! my personal favorites include the thai tea and green tea frappe! they also serve some of the best popcorn chicken i've had from a boba spot!!

The tapioca here is one of the best in the area very soft and fresh! Cashiers are usually cordial. Always return for the boba though!!
