You have to get the egg rolls. They come with a kind of custardy sauce that is worth coming for on its own. All the food I've had so far has been really good though. Worth coming over and over again.

a favorite place of mine. impeccable service & a delicious variety of food! I love this place.
Nice staff and the nem cuon with the egg dip was good. It's $2.3/roll after tax.
Nostalgia struck hard today, leading me to Bodard Bistro for a taste of their famous Nem Nuong. It had been at least a decade since I last savored those delightful grilled pork spring rolls, and the memory of their flavor was vivid. Thankfully, the real thing lived up to the years of anticipation! The bite delivered the same explosion of textures and tastes I remembered, making it a truly satisfying quick stop. If you're looking for a delicious trip down memory lane, Bodard Bistro's Nem Nuong is highly recommended.

The specialty item Bodard is known for is on their menu as A2-Grilled pork paste w/salad wrapped in rice paper with a sweet & savory dipping sauce. This item is best described as a wonderfully tasty unique fresh wrapped rice paper spring roll that is soft on the outside with lettuce, cucumber, a slice of pork paste and a crispy egg roll wrapper on the inside. An order comes with 4 rolls and although it is listed as an appetizer, we get these rolls and have been enjoying them as a meal for over 10 years visiting Bodard wherever they have been located.Bodard's A2 rolls are uniquely the best out there so we always go back for more!

Bought some party trays, the usual stuff, just not as good as I remembered them to be. Was there an Owner/management change?

I stopped here in my connecting flight back home because I forgot to get the nem nuong cuon in SoCal. Excellent food. My waitress was great. She was very attentive because I was there by myself with my sons. She made sure that I had a chance to eat. When she found out that my family is from Central Vietnam, she told me that I need to ask for the stinky sauce the next time I come.

First time having lunch there with my Wife. She is a regular there. We order some crunchy spring rolls and pho noodle. Both dish turn out to be very delicious. I really enjoy the spring rolls and the pho noodle is not bad either. The broth for the pho was very good. Highly recommend if you in China Town or International District.
