1st of all Bombshells has the best customer service, girls are gorgeous and they understand how to interact with their customers. Inaya, Macy and Desiree were my servers. They all did a great job. They made sure me and my group had the best customer service experience. Karen also a Manager is great. I definitely recommend Bombshells over any Sports bar establishment.

With a manager like Frank, I can understand the bad reviews when it comes to customer service. I’ve never spoken with a manager regarding an issue with the service I received and been told “I’m to blame for the server not taking the order correctly!” When ordering my food, I pointed to the menu and discussed the options. After my food was brought to me, I explained to my server what was incorrect and she apologized for the mistake and took accountability for the misunderstanding. She then stated that the manager would have to correct the ticket for an up charge. That’s was not a problem, but when approached he automatically told me that I will be paying for the shrimp that should have been rang up the first time. I then asked Frank, who’s fault was it that the order was taken incorrectly? He answered that it was both (meaning the server and I) of our fault. From that point, the service level declined rapidly. I will definitely be contacting the regional manager regarding Franks combative service. They definitely need staff with more experience in customer service. I will not be returning to this location regardless. One less patron may not mean much now, but it will hurt the company in the long run if this continues.

Wheelchair accessibility: The can definitely accommodate wheelchairs. Don’t hesitate to call ahead and make sure because I’m not in a chair but it appears to be accessible

Cool people, good food, fun times this place is exactly what it’s designed to be and I’m all for it , I’ve never had a bad time here , I see a lot of bad reviews on here and that’s just unfair , and not surprised most of the negative ones are from women, so maybe instead of going to a place that’s designed and geared towards for the male demographic they should go to a Cafe or somewhere else maybe, Dicks is not far from here.

Me and my friend went to this Location last night , the host sat us and we waited for 10-15mins at a table & no one came up to us so we moved to the bar . There was 2 girls one with a straight black wig and another server named Juliet. They didn’t even do the bare minimum, took forever to take our order , she dropped off my food and didn’t even say not two words to us . I’m not asking for no full conversation but atleast “does the food look okay?” . She just dropped it off and left immediately even though we still had questions. We kept trying to wave them down so my friend can order but they kept avoiding eye contact , it wasn’t until she came up to the register I was able to get my friend order. This service was terrible , we still tipped $10 & $15 on a 30 tab because we are servers too but this was experience was terrible. Everyone was on their phones & unprofessional.
