The manager Lilian guzman is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! THERE OS HAIR IN MY FOOD AND SHE REFUSES TO GIVE ME A REFUND AFTER ASKING FOR MY MY RECEIPT!!! WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE WHEN ITS HAIR IN SOMEONES FOOD??? My hair is blonde and curly and there is a long straight string of black hair in my food. This is absolutely 100% unacceptable and I am highly upset. I truly hate that I have to leave one star because after experiencing her attitude you guys don't even deserve that!!! She is extremely sarcastic and unprofessional. If this is who you guys choose to manage your business then the management needs to be re-managed. Never will I ever step foot in your restaurant again and every opportunity I get I'm going to let people know that there was hair in my food.

So today I tried out a new wings place Bonfire wings. They have a Special Mon-Thur 12-6 until the last Thursday in September. 6 wings plus a drink for only $2.99. I had the Lemon Pepper wings which were Hot, Fresh, Tender and Delicious. It came with Celery and Ranch sauce. The wings didn't need any ranch at all. Great service, televisions showing sports, large menu and cool decor. Deal or no deal go out and try out the two locations in Houston. Highly recommended.😋🍗🤘

Never tried this establishment, 1st time today. First I must complement the young lady that took my order. I explained that this was my first time trying this place, she suggested some more popular items along with offering a small sample (can I say that I just love that suggestion is offered) this young lady was incredibly friendly, very knowledgeable of the entire menu and very much a multi tasker as she answered my questions answered the phone, and took care of pick up orders. I very much enjoyed my food, it was all freshly made the wings 💯 the fries with the Cajun seasoning 💯 the boudin balls 💯 the service 💯. I will return 😋
