It's a small coffee shop downtown with a simple menu. It's a bit hard to find for the first time since it's in the underground tunnels.
If you have trouble finding it, you can gain access to it at the Bank of America Tower on the side of Milam St.

The service isn't great, and the lattes are just OK. Most of the time I am greeted by an apathetic barista who looks like she wants to be anywhere but there, which doesn't really motivate me to tip if I'm getting sub-par service. The quality has declined the past 2 years while prices continue to go up. There are much better alternatives in the tunnels.
