The service isn't great, and the lattes are just OK. Most of the time I am greeted by an apathetic barista who looks like she wants to be anywhere but there, which doesn't really motivate me to tip if I'm getting sub-par service. The quality has declined the past 2 years while prices continue to go up. There are much better alternatives in the tunnels.
This place's quality has decreased. I came more last year and the staff were more friendly, and the drinks tasted better. Now, the staff are cold towards the customer, barely smile, and don't seem to care about making the drinks. The girl taking my order barely spoke any words or smiled at me and I would expect more from a coffee shop cashier because those are usually the chattiest.I got an iced chai and it literally tasted like milk.
