The type of gelato they serve is rooted in an old recipe dating back to the last days of the Ottoman Empire. This shop is a must visit for any local or visitor to Houston, where biting into their stretchy gooey creations is bound to bring joy, happiness, and a smile to your face, and connect you with a slice of history.

Amazing ice cream! I've never seen or had a stretchy ice cream before, I didn't even know that was a thing. The rose water ice cream and the lime mint was my ultimate favorite flavors, I will definitely miss this place but then they told me they deliver all over USA ?.I'm definitely ordering as I travel for work and this made me so happy!They are pricy and small but I guess once in a while it's a great way to treat yourself to something sweet ?I had coconut, mango and rose water, all of them were amazing! Rose water taste like roses. Idk if they literally put essential oil or what but taste & smells lovely.I will be visiting again if I return to Houston in the future.
