This used to be a great restaurant. they had no beverages on the fountain in the lobby. they did not have anything but chicken. no ribs, and very little else available. We will not return.

Stopped by on Wednesday 10/11/2023 to find a sign on their door stating PERMANENTLY CLOSED. Back in August, a long time employee shared that the East Indian owner plans to close all US BOSTON MARKET locations. I'm sorry to see this Westheimer location has closed.

NO THANKS!ATTN: ManagementThere's a recession coming and people are already getting sick of paying more and getting lower quality. I expect a huge number of restaurants to go out of business. Food was cold.. even the cornbread. I live only 3 mins from this location and chicken was cold to touch already. I don’t think it was fully cooked. I tasted a piece and it taste like water.

I have been going to this location about once a month for several years and there has been a steady decline. Sadly, I went today and it will be my last visit. Most of the staff I have encountered are the only good thing about the place anymore. Every has always been friendly. but the restaurant itself....sad. They are ALWAYS out of multiple items, a few times it wasn't even open or had signs that said they had to close early. And not just out of a random food item either. Today they only had bottled drinks to sell and this was not the first time that has happened. My food today was terrible and I almost always order the same thing. My chicken was done but barely, the mac was cold and the corn was lukewarm and dried out. I am SURE it was yesterday's leftovers reheated. so very very disappointing all around the last several times I have been through here.

Food is great one older guy told me to get the kids plate it's about the same size as adult plate. Yes it did fill me up. Great service ? great food

I wonder why chicken wasn't roasting on spinning grills no seasoning on chicken or corn the sweet potatos ? was best and then I couldn't get regular fountain drink broken not working , anyways I had to pay $3 for bottle lemonade

Y’all ribs are disgusting. Them ribs taste like nothing but black pepper and they not smoked. The macaroni and mashed potatoes was bland. The only thing that was decent was the sweet potato casserole. I won’t be going back again until y’all smoke them ribs.

I used to love going to Boston Market! Their food was fresh, quick and tasted good! I hadn't had Boston Market for a while and I had a craving for a chicken pot pie, so I drove 30-minutes to the nearest restaurant. The tables were dirty. The staff was not friendly. The food was terrible! The mac & cheese was old and overcooked. The cornbread was not baked properly. The chicken pot pie has nearly no veggies in it. Overall the experience was terrible! Now I understand why Boston Markets are closing everywhere!
Not sure... probably not the restaurants fault but got a Cornish hen not a chicken. About 1/3 of the size it usually is. I hope it's a fluke.

Walked here at 8.43 and the door was closed. They put sign said drive through only. Even though actual sign said dinning area open till 10pm. Girl inside saw me but decided act like I wasn't there. Probably cause she knew she shouldn't have been closed so early.

I was here with my kids , i Bought two plate . With mash potatoes, Broccoli but taste afwul.. So Dry , and mash potatoes smell rathen . I ask the worker why .. and said because … is under New owner… try change everything . is sad .. ???
