This place is just ready to shut down. You can just tell. It's crazy because the service was great but the food was not good. My sides were cold and the chicken was a bit undercooked. Also you can tell by the outside and the inside that they don't get much business here.

What happened?? Purchased 2 whole chickens cut thru the drive thru and the chicken did not have the known Boston Market flavor and it was given to me in a Styrofoam container! In the parking lot with Sam's Club, I'm now wondering if it's rotisserie chicken from Sam's Club and they're passing it off as their own. From now on I'll just go to Sam's Club.Disappointed AF

Decided to stop by since I hadn't been in over 10 years and it was closed. Lights were off. Not sure if Google was wrong on times but it's was 8pm when I paid a visit. Very disappointed. Definitely killed my craving for another ten years possibly. Oh well.

I've been coming here a while and always get the meatloaf ... unfortunately over the last couple months the recipe has changed drastically. What used to be delicious is now a smelly and lab generated tasting meatloaf. The cornbread also turned into a brick.

We haven't been to one of these in a long time, decided to stop by for dinner. I should have known something was up when the parking lot was empty and there were sticks and branches laying around like the place was deserted. There was no A/C in the building when we walked inside. They were out of most of the items we asked about on the menu. The staff was friendly, but it didn't help the situation much. The few sides that were visible in the cooler looked like they had been sitting there quite a while. The macaroni was watery and gross. My spidey-sense told me I would regret eating here so we turned around and left without buying anything. Maybe it was the thought of having my meal prepared in 76+ degree air that creeped me out. This place is a big NOPE for us.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was disgusting. The soup tasted like dishwater and the "crispy" chicken was worse than hospital or school cafeteria food.

The food was tasty. I purchased a whole chicken. The issue I had was with cashier who allowed the customer before me to sit her daughter on the counter. She did not ask her to remove her child from where customers' food was being placed. She shrugged her shoulder as if she could care less when I complained. Absolutely horrible customer service and shame on that parent for sitting her child's but on the counter. She was allowed to act as if she was at home.
