The place is very nice, the desserts are good, they are not out of the ordinary, they are small for their prices but I understand because of its location. I came back disappointed by their terrible service. A girl seems Asian. She treated me and my nieces terribly. When she heard us speaking Spanish, she began to take our order reluctantly with an indifferent attitude without any sign of kindness. The opposite of what she did with other American clients or those of another nationality. I felt really discriminated against and my nieces felt the same and asked me, aunt, what's wrong with her because she treated us like that. Woaao, we will definitely not return. If you are Hispanic and do not speak English, I do not recommend this place. And to top it off, some desserts were not served and we had to go complain to get dessert, which is a shame because we went with high expectations.

Desserts were ok, but not worth $7. definitely should be $4 desserts. I love going around trying different desserts from different places, and this dessert is not worth $7.

The worst Cappuccino I ever tasted in my life, they made it twice after I returned it to the counter and still managed to make it not up to standard. Please train your Barista!!!

A pretty bakery inside of the Post Hotel with a wide variety of delicious desserts. The chocolate mouse and macarons were very good. I plan on coming back with my family to try more.

The place is super cute! Great for a coffee with friends. Parking is terrible tho, it took me a good 20 min to find a spot.

The staff is well prepared and very friendly, the desserts and gelato bar is incredible everything looks so tasty!

I would say I ended up here because according to Yelp they serve different gluten free desserts and sadly they only offer a banana nuts muffin... that was disappointing.

The chocolate gelato was great, I tried the tiramisu and even tho it has a beautiful presentation the flat was ok...

This place could be really good with different employees, the customer service was abysmal at best… after circling the shopping center 3 times trying to find anywhere to park we eventually had to park quite a distance away and walk over, so starting off it’s not easily accessible. Upon entering we were one of the only people in there, there were 3 other people that already had their food and were sitting at a table. We stood by the case for over 5 minutes while no one helped us or greeted us, instead the two female employees had their backs turned to us pretending that they were doing something, instead they were just moving the same things back and forth. Finally we walked up to the register where the male employee was just standing instead of taking our order and when we started to order, obviously it was quite an inconvenience for him with how little response we were getting from him as we ordered. After I paid and tipped I was given no further instructions on how we would be getting our order, so we just sat down as that seemed like the only thing to do. Three groups of people entered after us and were immediately waited on and got their food right then and there over the counter then paid. Finally I went back over to the counter, again, I was ignored by all of the employees, the female employees again didn’t even turn around, finally the guy walked over and asked “did I need anything” I just asked if my order was ready and then he said he was going to grab it right then and asked what the order was again after I had just placed it less than 10 minutes ago, so I repeated the entire order back to him. When he asked one of the female employees to help him, she turned around, looked at us, and rolled her eyes quite exasperated for no reason. We finally got our order, and we will never be back. Customer service was AWFUL.

Parking: Valet is only for hotel guests, all parking lots were roped off specially for valet, there were about 8-10 parking spots that were for visitors that were full 100% of the time. All streets surrounding the area have no parking signage. We had to find parking in a strip center across post oak blvd and walk over.

I guess you need to look rich when you come in. We ordered with the guy at the register, paid and sat down. Everyone else came in and ordered while they got their food straight away, we had to wait and then go back up to the counter and ask for our order after 3 people came in after us. We had to repeat the entire order and he finally got it. Wouldn’t recommend this place, plenty of patisseries around Houston with nicer service.

you guys don’t know how to make food. Your chair is from gold but your food is not so good. I just buy a chocolate Corazón you warm it two minutes. It’s become like a gum.

Vegetarian options: Please go McDonald’s Starbucks, and learn how to make coffee and chocolate croissants

Dietary restrictions: make a diet to your pocket and don’t come here. Corazón and a latte cost me $50.

I would love to try the pastries and based on the pictures they look extremely delicious but I tried to visit this place twice and had no luck! NO PARKING AVAILABLE!
Please do something about it. Everything around is packed by hotel visitors. I was hoping to have a nice coffee break with a pastry but again wasn’t able to leave my car. And it was a business day about 2pm. I’m sorry but I don’t want to pay for valet parking just to sit with a coffee for 20 min.

The Post Oak Hotel is SPECTACULAR in just about every way...well...except their French bakery. I judge a French bakery by their croissant. This one more rubbery than flakey. Hiring an honest to God French baker would put this beautiful room on the map. Their coffee was mediocre. Will try them again during my extended work stay in Houston to make sure they were just not having a bad day. Oh...and there was no butter. It had to be searched for and arrived almost after I was done with my coffee and croissant.

Today we decided to go to the Bouchee Bakery in the Post Oak Hotel. We stood in the bakery for about 3 minutes and no one helped us. My best friend said I'm getting upset because no one is helping us. I told her to be patient and maybe they're working on something and they will get to us. It never happened! Instead, they held conversations with one another other with their backs turn towards us and did not acknowledge us at all. They never turned around and they acted as though we were not there! My best friend said let's leave. I am very disappointed because we had just finished eating at a restaurant in the hotel and decided to get a dessert afterwards. We were told about the bakery and how good the pastries were but I guess we were not able to try it due to the non-service we received today and never will. A total disappointment!

I ordered an affogato (combination of hot coffee and ice cream) when they served the coffee part if affogato was cold. I took it to them and complained but they tried to give me excuse instead of making customer happy. Not recommended.

We've been going here over a year. The quality of service is mediocre to disappointing. Croissants have become soggy and the meat in them leaves so much to desire for quality. Please bring back the awesomeness in food(from 2023) and better customer service!
