The portion sizes were generous, and the open kitchen allowed me to see the team working together in a spotless environment. I hadn't been here in a while and usually go here for parties. I actually sat and ate a meal with friends, I had the Beaudroux platter and it is 3 days later. I am still eating off of it. A sample of everything, fish, shrimp, crab, boudin balls, hush puppies and fries. Stuffed and fried.
