Ordered: Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya
Price $16.75
A bit too oily, with some small pools forming on the rice. But other than that, everything was well seasoned. The chicken was juicy, the sausage had a nice kick, the garlic bread was soft, and the rice was fluffy (for the most part, with the exception of the parts that were submerged in oil). Ordering at the counter was easy, unlimited refills, and food was out within ten minutes. Overall, solid place and had some food leftover for later.

First time here and I was a bit confused as if I should sit myself or walk to the counter. No real direction. I walked to the counter and asked to be sitted at the bar. The restaurant is a decent size with a full bar. After being seated service was fast and productive. I ordered almost everything on the menu. Chicken and shrimp gumbo, fried alligator and tomatoes. I can say you get your money's worth here. Prices are fair. I will say the flavor is there for the gumbo but the roux doesn't give gumbo flavor to me. The fries alligator had great flavor. The tomatoes aren't the best I've had but still ok.

Daiquiri mixed margarita and hurricane, catfish plate with dirty rice, fried pickles & chicken fried chicken with mash, fresh green beans & toast! Will be back! Very fresh, cooked to order. Great portions, reasonable priced!
