Terrible experience as a wholesale vendor. I own a small business that was receiving delivery orders to sell individually in my shop as well as to use in recipes for our meals. There was a MAJOR lack in consistency. Sometimes the bread was amazing, other times it was stale like it had been sitting for a day or two before making it way to us, & other times where the batards were flat like they had been rushed. There was something wrong with every other order & many times the driver was late without any notice or communication. This went on for months.The last straw was when they changed their delivery minimum without sending out any notification or providing any grace period for existing customers. The way customers found out about this new change was when we went to put in our next order, it was declined with a notification that we do not meet the new minimum required for delivery in our area. Which of course, leaves us in a HUGE bind when your business depends on the bread for your recipes.It really feels like they do not care about the customer & that they are poorly ran. If I could give less than 1 star I would. After being a customer for 7 months, it was incredibly heartbreaking & infuriating to be treated this way. Do better Bread Man!

I buy this bread at Whole Foods and absolutely love it! I can’t say enough good things about them. Excellent quality for their entire line of bread. Service is wonderful and I intentionally seek out restaurants that work with them they’re so good!

At first I thought this was a regular bakery, but when I arrived, I discovered it was a big bread making facility. I wondered if I could buy there and I went in. They told me they only sell to their partners like restaurants, hotels, hole foods, etc. I was surprised when they let me try their baguette, it was delicious. These people were very nice to me even though I was in the wrong place. I highly recommend their bread, you can check in their website the places they sell it.
