This place was rough. If you like fried food served slow and incorrectly, this establishment is your jam! The staff acted like they were at deaths door. No smiles anywhere. I will admit the managers were more involved, but I kind of think they had to be. Bottom line: save your money as there are better options.

One of my fav places to eat any night of the week especially Tuesdays. The service is always so friendly. The wings are so tasty on any given day. Tried the fried crustable tonight and omg it was delicious. Clarissa is usually our waitress on Tuesdays and she is the bomb. Doesn’t miss a beat. Definitely recommend.

Every time we come in the service is amazing!! I highly recommend Virginia she treats us like family every time and makes our dining experience amazing! If you want good food and great service make sure you ask for her when you come in!! This location is our go to and we also look forward to when we come in!!

It pains me to write this but I just can't ignore it anymore.
This has been one of our favorite restaurants for several years, but within the last 2-3 years, I feel like the service, cleanliness and quality has gone way down.
Just walking in everything feels and smells dirty. Tables and floors are sticky, there's an odd smell in the air and it just has an overall feel of ick - hard to explain.
The service has been horrendous and not to the fault of the staff members. They seem to always be overwhelmed and do too much at one time. They're always nice but too busy to accommodate every table's needs. We are constantly having to wait extra long times for items missing or when we need refills. We hardly get checked on and they make us feel very rushed. I can feel their anxiety.
Then you've got the quality of the food - the wings have gotten better over time as far as size, but damn they're dry now! Combine that with them being stingy on the sauce and you're choking on dry food while waiting for a drink refill to wash it down. The fries are usually cold and they hardly put any cheese when we're paying extra for it.
It's just sad to see this place become so unpleasant. We're gonna have to start driving all the way to Pasadena for a better, cleaner experience.

Ask for Clarissa, her customer service is awesome! She is very attentive to the customers always asking if you need anything in a timely manner. My family and I always ask for her when we come here.
