We celebrated our anniversary at Brio's, and it was an unforgettable experience, thanks in large part to Karina, our server. She recommended a fantastic Franciscan Cabernet red wine that paired perfectly with our meal. We started with a delicious lobster bisque, followed by lamb chops with gorgonzola, which were absolutely amazing. For the main course, we had fettuccine with shrimp and lobster, and it was spectacular. Karina was kind, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable...
This was a beautiful restaurant, very classy. Brunch. My smoked salmon eggs benedict was delicious. Someone else had the shrimp and eggplant dish, which was also delicious. Service was excellent also.
Ron was excellent, as was everyone's meal. The lasagne was sublime, not to heavy, not overwhelmed with tomato sauce. Salads were nice, salmon cooked perfectly. Thanks Ron and chefs
