This place is great for both bbq and bbq fusion with fried rice! The brisket was super tender and moist, the bark was very flavorful and not overly salty. Probably one of my favorite briskets in Houston so far. The bbq fried rice was also excellent with the cubed brisketz eggs and Chinese sausage. The prime brisket went with it very well! It didn't need sauce. The poorman's mac is excellent. Tomato based Mac with bacon was such a good refreshing and not so heavy side....

Yes friends, Michelin rated and oh so delicious! My 5th or 6th visit and 1st at the new location, absolutely the same great taste, presentation, and ownership / management, consistency with exceptional BBQ is no easy task, they are masters.
