Nice scene...but Definitely could be better (go back to the post covid structure). Brix would make a pretty profit if they offered Brunch and be a select few offering brunch in the Vintage that would allow them to stand out. I would like to thank David, the bartender tonight who made me a 007 (Double 07: James Bond signature: dirty martini, shaken and not stirred ). Perfection! I also wanted to recognize his participatory Crew that chimed in on our conversation when they overheard me ask about a brilliantly erected wine out of Napa, ironically named Quintessa--Which is my middle name. Thank you, David, Ruben, Matt, and Logan; you all worked together to educate me, which was appreciated. However, I have feedback on the pizza. I bought one Pepperoni and one Fig and Pig Pizza. The crust on these pizzas was Amazing due to the crispness of the crust. The lack of a finale with a stoke of butter, a hit of EVOO, and Fresh garlic was disappointing and barely there sauce with lack of proportional pepperoni piecs per slice...come on. In other words, the crust needed flavor, too, especially because your crust is a genuine brick oven-slayed pizza crust, so don't go Domino's on us. Season that thing! I need you all to stick to the description of your pizza on the menu and don't be stingy. I had to ask the lady to get the kitchen to add more arugula. She brought my pizza back to me, looking the same way; it barely had arugula and dressing. I don't want to pay $15 for a good specialty pizza and then have to go home and Doctor it up to make it a great pizza in line with your description of what I was buying on Your menu. Lastly, the side of pizza sauce tasted like Bertolli Vodka Pasta Sauce but I'm not mad because I like Bertolli Vodka Pasta Sauce but it's not a side of pizza marinara. Other than that, I still recommend Brix to loosen you and your party up with wine, spirits, bites and a pretentious atmosphere with a really down to earth staff with reasonable prices.

Take it from someone who spent several years in the restaurant industry from casual to fine dining, I was very impressed. I will preface by saying that I went with a group of regulars but I trust everyone gets top notch service here. All of the staff were friendly and on point. It's tough these days to find people that actually want to show up to work and share even an ounce of passion. Food, drink, ambiance; everything was spectacular. Looking forward to going back and trying more menu items. Everyone at our table was very happy with their food is presentation is very important naturally. Impeccable service speaks volumes with me and there wasn't one time throughout the night where the staff wasn't attentive.

Great staff, very helpful and accommodating for the large group we went with, everyone's orders were correct and they had great drink recommendations to go with our meals or with each persons tastes. Grilled chicken was a bit dry but great sauces to combat that. Inside is heavy brick and metal theme very chic. Endless they've updated it recently.

Thank you to Brix, Nita and Don for a wonderful evening!!! ❤️? Our wine tasting group partied like rock stars (even though most of them are over eighty years old!) We all had so much fun!!!This was our best wine tasting ever! I don’t know how we can top this evening! Logan, Alex and Derek were so great and so helpful and so much fun! They helped us decorate, helped us pick up the decorations from our car, helped us take the decorations, food, and wine back to our car, and made all our guests feel so cared for. The wines and food was spectacular! I was so happy with how delicious and beautifully presented the food was! Our friends were eating more than I’ve ever seen them eat at a wine tasting before, which made me so happy.Thanks again for a wonderful evening!!!! We will be back next year if you’ll have us? I’m so sorry about all the feathers!!! ? But OMG, we had so much fun!!!!Heather & Derrick

This place has it all. Delicious food at reasonable prices, calm and luxurious atmosphere, and fantastic service. Our server Alex was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Their sommelier Logan was also very knowledgeable and accommodating. He came to our table and spoke to us about his favorite wines for 10 minutes.Great place for a nice date.Love this place! Fantastic atmosphere, I thought it was going to be wine based, but their selection if bourbon and scotch was surprisingly robust.I had the swordfish and my fiancee had the beef medallions. Highly recommend both.If you dont know what to order talk to Alex, his menue knowledge and pairing with spirits is second to none.Alex accommodated every table like they were his only customers! I highly recommend!

I can say this place never disappoints. Knowledgeable staff, amazing food, and a calm relaxed atmosphere... that trio equals perfection in my book. Always a stop when I visit the area.

We held a private event here for our annual Christmas luncheon for 29 people. The attention to details and service that Nita, David, Kendric, and Logan provided our group was only enhanced by the delicious food we were served. This is not the first luncheon we’ve held here and it certainly won’t be the last. Their consistent quality of service and food will keep us coming back.
