The turkey sandwich on wheat bun is absolutely delish. I love a good, homemade sandwich! BBD gets it right everytime. Once I win the lottery, I'm going to eat here everyday. The chocolate chip cookie is so good.

I love coming here. The sandwiches are always great. If you haven't tried them then you're missing out. You have to try the wheat bread it has a hint of sweetness to it. This place is easily my top go to for a sandwich.

they really came in clutch this morning 11.15.23 i needed to be in and out and they were ready with my meeting catering order before i even came in loved their vibe and super flexible they even listened to my note for pick up :) also got good compliments when it came to quality of the food and cookie 10/10 would recommend.

So happy they've reopened and now open on Sunday's! Best sandwich place in town. Egg salad on a jalapeno cheese bun is what I always get. Service is always great and they are fast getting orders out.

Since Covid, a lot of foods have no flavor, for me. One of these has been sndwiches...Until my visit yesterday, to BBD! You can build your own sandwich, but they also have 'favorites' listed on a wall menu, and I chose the BLT with Avocado. Grabbed some of their flavorful strawberry lemonade, and waited for my sammich. Wow! From the first bite, it was delicious; lots of crispy bacon, not greasy, fresh wheat style bread, and avocado, all stacked generously. I usually cannot eat both halves of a sandwich, but there was not a crumb left, from this BLT. Will definitely be back, and soon. Great spot to grab a meal and sit at their comfortable booths and tables, in a very clean environment, or take something home, to relax and enjoy. We will be back, soon!

I'm very seldom at Shepherd and Westheimer, but, when I am, I always stop in at Brown Bag Deli for an egg salad on wheat . So surprised to learn that whole center was torn down. Oh, woe!Now, I learn they have opened a new location at Shepherd and 11th. Yay...even closer to me! Now I can get my fix!Fresh, fabulous sandwiches!....choose veges, bread and condiments.

Probably my favorite place to grab a sandwich. It's been a couple of years since I've been here but when my hubby and I were in the area we decided to take advantage of it. It's still as delicious as we remember it. Everything taste so fresh!!! Definitely will make more trips into town just for this place.

When I walked in, I felt like I was in a small corner store deli. Was a cool process to order the sandwich off the bag. Brown bag deli has very good customer service. Cashier showed me the process and I was on my way! I ordered a Turkey Sandwich with a Wheat Bun. Pepper Jack cheese. Lettuce Tomato, onion, & fresh jalapeños. The fresh jalapeños gave my sandwich a very good kick that I loved. Everything was fresh & 5 star!

So good. Everything is so fresh. I stopped by on Saturday to pick up a sandwich to enjoy while at the park. I ordered egg salad on rye, horseradish cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. I literally did a happy dance after the first bite. This location truly is the best!

Everything was perfect.The price can come as a surprise because they don’t have prices displayed before you pay. Everything is worth the money, but if you are coming here to get a cheap ~$10 lunch then just stick with getting a sandwich and chips only or sandwich & drink only. (The sandwich is more than enough to get full off of.)The workers are also very pleasant. Very neat place!
