One of the best sandwich places in all of Houston always the best service always the freshest food. Sandra is the sweetest lady and Mark is the coolest dude they never let you down. They always make a great sandwich.

We ordered delivery for my office. I've had many falafel sandwiches/ wraps in my time and I must say this one was extremely dry. Overall the sandwich was ok. One suggestion, maybe have the option to add tzatziki sauce. Just saying.

Today I had to use my cane to get food which is always difficult as I don't have as much mobility or capability of holding my paper bag of food one handed. Well, the staff surprised me and put the meal in a bag with handles. I didn't have to ask! Let me tell you, it is the smallest things in the world that make a big difference. I was able to carry my food with me and not worry about dropping it or having my hand in pain. Oh, and the food was very delicious too!

My favorite place to have lunch during the week. Highly recommended. Turkey and cheese is my absolute favorite. The bread is DELICIOUS. Hope to see to them expand towards Webster and Pearland.

I can't review them because I never received my order. I ordered on UBER EATS and no one ever showed up with my order. I then called the restaurant multiple times and it went straight to their VM. I eventually called UBER EATS and they explained the restaurant does their own in-house delivery (even though they are listed on UBER EATS) and refunded my money.

Stopped in because we heard raving reviews from everyone at the hospital.Sandwiches are create your own or a choice of a few chef creations.First off I want to say the ingredients used are very fresh. You can tell.My two issues here were the buns, and the process for toasting the sandwiches.I ordered a Jalapeño Cheddar bun and was expecting a savory flavor but instead got a sweet bread flavor.My wife said her bread (another option) was sweet as well. She liked hers very much so, but I’m not hot on a sweet bread flavor for a sandwich that is built to be savory (Jalapeño Cheddar).We both requested that our sandwich be toasted. They were so lightly toasted that it was almost unrecognizable. By the time we walked half a block and ate our sandwiches they tasted like cold cuts.I honestly think that with some minor changes this place could be top tier.Not my cup of tea, but if you like sweet bread and a sweet savory combo for your cold cut sandwich this is the spot for you.

I was on a work trip and got covid (for the first time) mid-trip. I was so fricking annoyed, so damn sick, and now I am going to be stuck in this room. I let the hotel know that I had Covid and they said someone would be reaching out to be with the hotel protocols.. which made me even more annoyed. But... that's when my stay started getting better. The head of the Hospitality team reached out and I was expecting to be treated like a leper but that person was so kind, patient with me, and clear with the procedures and protocols. He provided me with little things (extra plates, bowls, utensils, sponges and dish soap, etc) that really just made my stay that much more tolerable and comfortable. He even texted with my wife back in LA (as I was not altogether there mentally) to give her updates and to answer any questions. AAA+++ to the Westin.

We had a serious issue with our “room service” and how and what we received. Speaking to Barri, the new manager, she worked hard and went out of her way to make things right. This hotel has come a long way. We have stayed here several times and this time has been the nicest. The customer service has improved, valet has also improved their service, and the front desk is striving for improvements too (they are working on it). Kassandra at the restaurant has been great and provided exceptional service. Barri has made this experience much more like what we expected, and I trust that this new manager will really continue to make some fantastic changes and continue to improve how things are run! Thank you!!!

Since Covid, a lot of foods have no flavor, for me. One of these has been sndwiches...Until my visit yesterday, to BBD! You can build your own sandwich, but they also have 'favorites' listed on a wall menu, and I chose the BLT with Avocado. Grabbed some of their flavorful strawberry lemonade, and waited for my sammich. Wow! From the first bite, it was delicious; lots of crispy bacon, not greasy, fresh wheat style bread, and avocado, all stacked generously. I usually cannot eat both halves of a sandwich, but there was not a crumb left, from this BLT. Will definitely be back, and soon. Great spot to grab a meal and sit at their comfortable booths and tables, in a very clean environment, or take something home, to relax and enjoy. We will be back, soon!
The location of this hotel is a bit outside of downtown Houston, surrounded by hospitals. However there is a tramway right in front of the hotel that brings you directly to the center. Hermann park and Rice university is just around the corner or two stations away. The hotel itself offers a nice bar and restaurant with a terrace with view to the hospitals nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room key can be loaded on the phone so you do not need a key card and this is really convenient. There is a fitness center also available. Valet parking is expensive but opposite of the hotel it is possible to use a public garage for half the price. Overall it is a nice place to stay.

Our experience at the terrace 54 bar was amazing. Our bartender was Akilla and she was great, super friendly and funny! Her coworker Jesus was also just as attentive and friendly. Our drinks were made perfectly each time and our food was delicious!!! Plus very quick service!!

Ebony is a great waitress! Friendly, attentive and skilled. I enjoyed my dinner and the ambiance. If you have to be away from home for work, this is a comfortable place to relax and get good food! Nice patio area f the weather is good!
