Bubba's Texas Burger Shack

I took my kids today and the burgers were terrible. We ordered two single patty burgers with mustard and pickles. One with cheese and one without. Both burgers came out with cheese and tiny diced onions all over it. My burger had a bun that disintegrated and not a good flavor. The burgers didn’t have quality meat. Dr. Peppers were completely flat. Don’t waste your money.

This place is different from other burger joints. We had one hamburger, two bison burgers, and one BLT. The BLT is my most favorite. The bison burgers were a little chewy and dry. We like sitting out in the patio with no trees but a parking lot of cars. This is a wakeup call of reality that many of us live in suburbs with tree-lined boulevards, green trails, walking paths, lake view, golf course view … so sorry for those struggling to live in war zones.

My son and I ate at Bubba’s Saturday evening. I ordered online and when we got there, we were told they were temporarily closing for 45 minutes to restock. It was 7:20 PM! Who does that?!?!

BUT…the burger was tasty. The onion rings were crispy and delicious, but appear to be frozen. The French Fries were really good, but my son didn’t really like the grilled cheese.

I also got the Chili. If the burger business ever falters, Bubba’s could rebrand as the “Best Little Chili House in Texas” and print money! So good!

I don't normally eat anything other than normal beef burgers but the bison burgers at this place are great. Fries are good too.

Probably the best burger joint in Houston

Delicious! My burger, the Houston Burger was amazing, I ordered everything on it, and it was awesome. Messy, but oh so good!! I loved everything about it, loved the fries that were super crispy and seasoned well, they didn’t lose their crunch as time passed… the patty was well seasoned and cooked well. Hubby got the Patty melt and then he tried mine and said mine was better because of the bbq sauce and bacon. Overall great, and I would definitely come again.

This place has amazing service and delicious food. Unfortunately, their grill was broken today, and they could only use half of it, so they could not make any more bacon for the rest of the night. They explained that they were going to get it serviced after hours. The person taking orders informed us of this issue, and she was very accommodating about the lack of bacon, allowing us to substitute it for other extras.

There were a ton of angry customers due to the grill breaking. Despite the high amount of stress, everyone at this establishment made sure to provide the best service possible while being kind and graceful despite the circumstances.

It's the best burger in Houston and it ain't even close, go here.

Just moved into town and this place is great! The bison burger is bomb, I tried the beef burger and it's good but the bison is way better I think.

The best part is having a beer 🍺 here with your burger. I'm not a fan of sweet potato salad but their jalapeño potato salad rocks!

Food was supposed to be good but they completely left off the Grilled onions on my houston burger no bbq sauce on it and they put mayo when I asked them not to. My husband's burger also had pickles on it and he asked for no pickles. Also gave Me fries and I asked for onion rings. I know it might seem small but im 8 weeks pregnant and I cried like an idiot because my hormones are on 10. And because my husband didn't check the food before he left. It's just disappointing because I drive by all the time and soon as I tell my husband to go pick up food there it wasn't a good experience.

Hands down the best burger I've had since moving to houston. First time trying bison and I was very impressed. Staff here are amazing, food is excellent, prices are pretty fair. Would definitely recommend.

The burgers are so good, but the customer service is NOT,also I ask for no cheese on my burger and they totally forgot and to be honest the food presentation it wasn’t the best… so disappointed with this guys
