Cute place to drink boba tea, doesn't have much seating but it's nice. They have a big menu to choose from and desserts. Drinks were super delicious as well as the waffles.

I want to preface this by saying I went with 3 other people who have eaten here before and seemed to enjoy what they got. This is my second time here, but first time eating. So the customer service is fine but the food was just okay. I chose a build your own as follows: plain waffle with chocolate chips cooked in, thai ice cream, topped with almonds, caramel, whipped cream, and chocolate panda cookies. Total :$11 and change.They didn't have the matcha flavor i wanted so I settled for thai ice cream. It had no flavor at all really. Like the taste of it was not distinguishable from the whipped cream. The chocolate chips used are probably semi-sweet chips. It was just a bad combo of dark chocolate and flavorless cream. I was expecting the waffle to be light and Fluffy to complement ice cream. But it was heavy and more like a waffle shaped biscuit. I ate the ice cream but just plain didn't want to continue eating the waffle and trashed it.To sum, the novelty of this place is cool but I would not recommend it for any other reason.

This is a must place to visit for a dessert if you are really craving something sweet.I went there for sure something sweet after getting suggestions, it was really extraordinary than what one could think of. The bubbles are basically the pancake mixture in which you could choose your own topping in it and have a or 2 or as many scoop of ice cream ? in it.It tasted really good for sure. I will for sure come back for this sweet craving.Try this place out for this suggestion. You will thank me later. ❤️?❤️

The place is good they just need more employees. On this particular day only one employee was working trying to make 9 orders I think. I felt so bad because I know how difficult it is to work understaffed while busy. But under all the stress he remained calm and still provided great customer service. Thank you! ?

I ordered a chocolate waffle cone and a mango tea. The cone was pretty big and tasty. Wasn't too big of a fan of the mango tea, as it didn't have any boba. I think they might have forgotten to add it?The table we sat at was pretty dirty, but it was a bit busy when we got there. Overall good experience.

Product was great. Cost was about six dollars. I got the stripped down version with the whipped cream because I was kind of full. Waffle was crisp and sweet.Only complaint was there was one employee in there. Poor lady had to do everything. There were about 8 people in line Thankfully every one including me seems to be understanding. She did great consideringbthe circumstances. This was on Sunday around 2 pm.To whomever is running this franchise stop being cheap and allow a second person to be present on the weekends. Working alone sucks.

I recommend the pistachio lover (bubble waffle) and the lemon & strawberry tea. I take home an extra tea for the next day. It keeps in the fridge nicely. I get it withoutht the jelly and basil seeds as that is my preference.
