Boba was cooked incorrectly; some of the pearls were hard, some were soft. The tea itself was pretty bad as well. The only good thing was the service.
Longtime customer. I was mostly happy. I went in today when it was busy and had to wait for the cashier to make all the drinks [that’s fine]. I only had a problem when he ignored me and started talking to the lady behind me in line and taking her order. That’s when I walked out.
Pay by cash, they charge 4% extra for credit card. All they have is a posted sign. They will not tell you.
bubble tea house is seriously one of my favorite spots in the city. i live in the neighborhood and have been coming here since i was a kid, it cannot be overstated how much i love this place. the owner and employees are so friendly and accommodating and the actual store is super clean, cozy, and welcoming! best of all, they have great prices and even better food!!! everything is always fresh, made to order, and comes out super fast. my usual order is the piña colada smoothie with strawberry popping boba (so good). if you’re ever deciding between here and another place, always choose bubble tea house! #supportlocalbusinesses 🩷
Boba fan in full effect! Stopped in the Bubble Tea House to try their Honey Ginger Green Tea with Herbal Jelly. Wanted something different, and I got it. I was able to customize my sweetness to a TEA; it was so tasty! The guy who served me was really cool, and the shop itself is a whole vibe. I’ll be back!
Good, gave you exactly what you expect. But bathrooms absolutely disgusting.
The mango smoothie and popcorn chicken were pretty good, and the price was great for the happy hour
However, when I ordered something else, the price charged wasn't what it said on the menu, and i didnt ask for anything additional. Please update the menu to the higher price.
Really nice staff, very reasonable prices. I especially like the customization of sugar levels. I got the Black cream trà with grass jelly, zero added sugar. Really cute decor and atmosphere as well ( love the boba bear wall ).
Great selection of drinks I loved a lot of them, I go here with my girlfriend all the time she likes the biscoff smoothie with boba.
Worst service ever and the boba tasted like crap

Delicious...
Not worth a try. Price matching the best, quality the worst
Got avocado shake from here with honey! Not bad..
Always a good stop
Drinks are only $5 for being open for 10 years or more. They have a “happy hour” for when kids get out of school they chose from a selective menu. They can get a boba drink with some food. I don’t have kids but I think that’s pretty thoughtful. I got the rose cream tea. It’s pretty good but realllyyyy sweet i recommend getting it at 75% sweet or maybe even 50% but the flavor is pretty good. Lots of sitting and a giant cute bear on a wall hold some boba drink to take pictures with. It’s a nice spot
