Best tea house ever!!I came here to work in my computer and they were extra nice and helpful, and they have a big menu full of snacks, food, coffe,smoothies, fresh juice and of course tea 100% recommended!!
My mom and I stopped in today for boba. I got the taro and coconut smoothie with ice cream and boba, she got the strawberry smoothie. You can tell the boba is very fresh. The smoothie was so good I definitely will be back. Dragon was really nice and had great customer service. He made sure our drinks were perfect before we left. 10/10

Great food , had the 6wings, calamari , popcorn chicken, and fried rice. Definitely some great tasting snack foods while you study or do some work. Took a star off because they don't have any water to offer their customers except bottled water.

My smoothie top was super tight and my straw would not go through and it ended up dropping on the floor and exploding. I didn't even get to drink my smoothie. I asked if i could have another and he tried to charge me for another one. I hadn't even taste the first one because i couldn't even get the straw through. Bad customer service!

the customer service was bad. My smoothie didn't taste right (very watery) and when i asked for a refund or exchange, LUIS said i couldn't because "it isn't their fault that i didn't like my tea" and he even had an attitude and when i asked him to remake it how i wanted it. i will not be coming back here

bad costumer service . asked for a refund or for my drink to be remade because the level of sweetness was not to my liking and he made a big complaint and said it wasnt his fault ... so who fault was it ? the other drinks was not good enough and the boba is too chewy !! bad overall , would not recommend to nobody ! also these lil ass seats
0 i asked the guy to blend my drink bc I didn't want it iced and he refused because he would have to make it again and didn't want to the place was empty but it was nearby so i stopped

I didn't tip on my walk-in togo order. And they did this to my 9yo daughter's drink cup. "fyu" I don't know what it looks like to you, but to me it's an insult right in my face. Unethical, unbelievably rude and truly awful. That drink was about $6, not cheap by any means for an artificial flavoring and corn syrup mix. And what service did they provide to deserve tips? Handing me the product over the counter that I paid for? It was a young Asian female staff. I'm Asian female as well so no racism here.

Really nice selection of hot and cold tea in a beautiful casual and very neat environment! Great customer service. The staff member was really helpful and answered all questions very patiently and politely .My first time there, but will definitely go back. Highly recommend this place.
