We had the rib sandwich and green onion sausage combos. Worth the prices and you'll actually be full. Stop going to McDogfood's and get yourself some Bud's BBQ! Real food for real people. They close at 6 pm so order by 530 pm.

I recommend Bud's they have a good selection of meat and the BBQ is okay to. The only thing is they could cut back on the salt on the cooked food. It's salty and there are a lot of people in our community who have high blood pressure and don't need all the salt.

Bud’s has went down hill. The hot food/bbq quality is poor. Uncooked food stopped by today and was surprised at how disgusting my normal food items tasted. Albeit, I have not been in a while since new ownership but the quality has suffered. The food received today actually made me and my family sick.

Listen!!! Buds has been around for years. They used to be in Sunnyside but now they are in the Yellowstone area. I honestly thought they were no longer around.Orderd hot food and was shocked because I didn't know they had this. Food came out quickly and the lady taking the order at the outside window was very sweet and patient. Tell her keep it up!My boss had never been inside so I told her hunni it's a meat market! Upon entering I was extremely impressed with how clean it was in there!!! It didn't smell like raw meat and blood. You can tell they clean often.We were helped immediately walking through the door. There are so many options you will need time to look around and make your selections. They have all types of meat from deer to boudain. They will cut it how you want it etc.I totally forgot to take a picture of my plate but just know it's gone. They actually smoke their meat. I ordered leg quarter plate with green beans and Mac n Cheese.

Buds is one of my top local meat markets in Houston and one of the places I highly recommend for people to buy their meat for big events or family gatherings. They have a window where you can order food and the BBQ sandwiches are always on point. My favorite is the green onion sausage sandwich. The people working there are always helpful as well.

The meat here is always fresh! I love their crown roasts! It's usually crowded but the line moves fast. Very professional and friendly environment.

The staff is friendly. The meats are fresh. It’s a one stop shop for all of the seasonings you will need. In regards to the hot food takeout section, you must try the riblets, you must try the green sausage sandwich, you must try the seasoned rice, you simply must try their desserts heck you must try Everything on the menu! Impressively good bbq to go. I’m very picky especially with sausage and brisket. I’ve ordered through Ubereats a few times and Buds always get it right. Plus the careful way they always package my food shows they actually value their own work and customers experience. Delicious, tender and fresh. Don’t forget to get boudin!

I went recently and got 3 bundles plus case of ribs n chicken. First I only got 80 wings in the case when I was told at least 200. Then I asked for turkey wings and got a bunch of turkey pieces in my pack. I was suppose to get a sirloin but they chopped it in half so it was very thin. They wrap it before they verify it with you so you can't see what your actually getting and their so far away you can't tell either. I am very disappointed in their service and will be finding a new butcher. If you go look at everything
