The worst experience in wings, I live here in post midtown and I decided with the family to once again come and try it and it was the worst ever, even though I stayed further away, wingstop, the quality and speed is much better than these wings, all bloody. They took too long to take us the account so I wanted to let them know that the manager should keep an eye on her clients and check if everything is going well when she knows that she only has 2 in service

Update: Not very suprised that no one has reached out after expressing my concerns, despite saying someone would. LOL.RESTAURANT DOES NOT HONOR THEIR OWN PROMOTIONS. Went in on a Tuesday because I received an email promotion for a Buy One Get One Free Wing. Upon ordering I showed the waitress the email (that was tied into my rewards account) and let her know we were there for that deal. Despite the very few tables at the restaurant, the food took a very long time to come out. When it came time to recieve the check, I reminded the waitress once more off the promotion, she agreed and digitally sent me the check. When looking at the the check we noticed it said Buy One Get One 50% Off. We had to search for the server and bring this to her attention and she made up some excuse of "oh that's just how it reads because of our system but it did give you the free wing". After we paid and left, I looked over the check again and noticed I was charged $15.74 for a 6 piece Wing, on the menu the 6 piece costs $10.49, so it was in fact not the promotion we were promised. Very disappointing service and very disappointing experience.

Placed a pick up order. The order was ready at the time I requested. I ordered the lemon pepper rub, orange chicken, tater tots, and onion rings. The sides were good. The temperature of everything was good, however I wish on the app there's an option to request the level of how you want your wings cooked. For me the wings needed to be cooked a little longer as the wings were too chewy (this is my preference). Other than that it was okay.

So they brought my drink out and I'm just sipping, sipping when i notice something...THERE WAS A HUGE GNAT IN MY DRINK!!! The waiter apologized & offered me another drink, the only thing she charged me for it!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I DAMN NEAR SWALLOWED A BUG HERE and they acted as if it was no big issue. The place where they get the ice from has dead bugs in it!!! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!! I wish I would have taken a picture.

I will say the wings were great and on point. The tea was well brewed and the food came out quickly.Where I had a problem was the service. Our waitress didn't greet us, just asked what we wanted to drink and if we were ready. No enthusiasm in her voice and quickly asked what kind of wings and on to the next order.No smile, didn't ask how we were, just did the bare minimum of taking our order and bringing the food. Basically she was a glorified cashier.This store has a good atmosphere but will need a major improvement in their servers before I return here.
