Jason was phenomenal in correcting an order that was initially incorrect. He handled the situation quickly and professionally, making sure everything was taken care of without any hassle. On top of that, the food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. Great service and a great experience overall!

Wings were ice cold. Didn't tell them about it because I don't ever trust sending food back. The onion rings, pretzels and cheese sticks were good. Very nice hostess!

Some of the wings were old and discolored . Smelled spoiled. Could not eat it The side order or carrots and celery were poorly washed. Old pieces. Celery sticks were the ends and thin pieces wilted and old. The carrots serving was horrible. It was slices as of they served the shavings and not chopped pieces. We also ordered a medium size order of ranch dip, we received 2 small containers that had only 1 tablespoon of dip inside. Horrible! So disappointed.
Update: got a call from the manager at this store once I posted this and sent an email. He apologized for the issues, and gave us a few gift coupons. Needless to say we didn't order any wings the way we got them the first time. We actually had to order them EXTRA CRISPY just to be fully cooked. Thanked him for his quick response and for replacing our meals. Hopefully he actually spoke to the staff and showed them the photos of the horrible order we got.

Night Manager on 8/8/25 lacks any customer service skills whatsoever and should be fired for sending out such low quality food and running a loose ship. He lets employees lie to customers.

Food was horrible! Super dried chicken from over cooking! My boneless was half the normal size and was over cooked and another member of our party got the traditional wings and they too were super tough and dried out from sitting under a heat lamp. The problem starts at the top and this shows! The service was also not good. Our waiter never checked in to see how everything was. Maybe things could have been resolved.

I was waiting for over 30 mins for waitress to take order , just ridiculous l. No acknowledgement what's so ever. Other tables in other sections were already paying for their bill and they say after us lol. I didn't bother complaining to Manager cause I seen a interaction between him another unsatisfied customer and he was glad to say his name Jason to make sure she heard it after she asked for the corporate number. Poor establishment. Poor customer service. Never again.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings but how is it that I go there order a 20 piece wing combo only drive about 3min to destination and food is cold wings taste like day old potato wedges Luke warm VERY DISSATISFIED WTH GET IT RIGHT GUYS
