It's national wing day, the restaurant should have been more prepared. We checked in with worker behind cash register at 7:07p.The entrance was over crowded when we got there with all delivery people and customers waiting to be seated. We were told it would be a 40 min wait and to come back up and check in after 40 mins. We checked in after 50 mins and they told us to have a seat anywhere in dining area. Once seated, 20 mins passed by and no one even acknowledged us. So I decided to ask the 1 waitress and 1 bus lady, who is our waitress? and they stated JT. I mentioned to them we had been sitting there 20 mins and no has brought menus or even taken our drink order. The bus lady said let me go look for her, we waited like another 10 mins until JT finally came out from the kitchen, by this time it was already 8:20p. So she proceeded to wait on a table that sat down like 15 mins after us. I called JT over to our table and explained to her we were seated before them, and she took their order first. She proceeded to get our drink order and took a while, we ordered a water and a lemonade, she brought a coke instead of lemonade. By the time she came back to take our food order we had been sitting there a total of 40 mins. She never brought silverware, plates or napkins. JT looked very miserable and didn't even try to put a fake smile on her face. She kept disappearing to the kitchen, so I asked the other waitress what is going on with our waitress, it seems like she has been hiding in the kitchen. We told this waitress about the drink being wrong so she brought the right drink. It was already 9p when I asked the other waitress about our food. She said let me check on it for you, which she did. Our onion rings came out at 9:15p, and our food came out at 9:35p. I did mention to other waitress the table seated after us got their food before us. I also mentioned to this other waitress if our food was not out by 10p we were gonna leave. This waitress checked on us brought our napkins and silverware, and brought our food. I think she could have handled that side of the restaurant all by herself. So the waitress that was not supposed to be our waitress got the tip. When JT our waitress brought the check to pay, she was charging us for the wings that were supposed to be free, so she had to correct our. check. By the time we paid, we had been there a total of 3 hours! They were prioritizing uber, door dash and take out orders before the customers who were dining in. I would suggest on future national wing day have the promotion for dine in only and be fully staffed. The side of the restaurant we were sitting on was not even full for this type of service! DO BETTER B-DUB!

Arrived at 7. Rude host, no order to who got tables first. I asked to join wait list she said no list she will call someone came in after and was allowed to join queue. Got seated in the bar area at half 7, food arrived at half 9. Chased many servers for an ETA on food arrival (after an hour and a half and other people who arrived after getting there food first) and was told ‘it comes when it comes’ finally got a server (man) who we asked and he was understanding and friendly and got us our food straight away. Had to send fries back as was cold.
Only thing positive was the male server who we had for the last 30 minutes.

No host for about6 minutes . 2 lines not sure if I’m in the right one. Then she comes from back and doesn’t ask me name or how many people. I keep waiting, another 10 minutes go by and I ask her is there a wait line she says yes. Me thinking I’m calling her attention so I keep waiting some else goes to her and she takes her name but I’m still waiting. People are asking us now the customers is there a wait time. Worse service in front.

Awful customer service on Tuesday. The BWW app gives inaccurate pick up times. Walked in and waited 20 minutes passed the pick up times. Employee came out every 10 minutes with one online order and scurried back in. No order status updates. Long line. I walked away. Never again.

Should’ve gone to Pluckers. I hadn’t been to Buffalo Wild Wings in about a year. It’s down the road from me and thought I’ll go check it out and give it some business and have some wings. It’s Tuesday night BOGO chicken wing night.. awesome! Waitress asked how many I want and I said 5 and 5 for the BOGO night. She said great! Coming right up. Sweet. Then the bill comes. $40 for 10 wings and 2 drinks. What?! On a Tuesday BOGO night?! I embarrassingly asked about the BOGO special and then she asks if I have the app. What? No but I can get it. Do I need it? No. Ok so now what. She then says she thought I wanted 10 wings. She said the BOGO is only for 12 wings and up. What? Ok so then why didn’t you say so? Zero customer service nowadays. They can’t even honor their own offers. She did not comp me. Did not reduce the bill. Did not offer to make it right. 2 stars bc the wings were pretty good and it’s got a decent atmosphere. Y’all gotta change some things up. Otherwise everyone will be going down the street to Pluckers. Where I should’ve gone. Don’t need a false BOGO night to get a decent price on some wings over there.

Look ive been ordering Buffalo Wild Wings for a long time but the last two orders I’ve gotten yall, you have shortened me 2-3 wings when i purchase the bogo deal on Tuesdays
Last time i ordered wings i ordered 10 for me 10 for my brother he got his 20 i got 17 and wings. First time ok i wont complain i had fries to keep me full i dont write reviews rarely
And today july 7/15/2025 7:41pm i ordered 15 wings bogo supposed to get 30 but got 28
5 wings missing total
Spread this missing shortage over time i wont think much of it do it row to row then thats different
My mom said she’s been missing wings here and there

A horrible experience. I went with my family and my children. We sat at the table for about 40 minutes, and no one came to take our order. I had to get up to look for the menu, and even then it was useless, since no one cared about us or came to take our order. We got up and left after wasting time, hungry. We like Buffalo WW, but we definitely won't be returning to this location in particular.
Cold wings came out, waitress offered to reheat or remake but by that point we all had our food at the table. Super dry chicken. The only thing good was the tater tots. Not so clean of a restaurant. Service is mediocre. Will never be back.

Only visit this place if you have plenty of time to spare. I stopped by for lunch, restaurant was pretty empty, which i thought was good. Upon sitting down our waitress took our drink orders right away but immediately walked off before we had a chance to order an appetizer. I assumed she’d return shortly, but that was the last time she acknowledged us.
Our drinks took 30 minutes to arrive, and no water was offered while we waited. They were eventually brought over by what seemed to be a manager, who also took our food order but his attitude was less than friendly.
It took another 20 minutes for the food to arrive. The wings were cold, and the mac & cheese my daughter ordered was burnt. We ate only because we were hungry.
No one checked on us during the meal…I would’ve ordered another drink if given the chance. It also took an unreasonably long time to flag someone down just to close out our check. Definitely go to pluckers or maybe try a different BWW location.

After waiting for 45 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant for our first order of all you can eat wings we were informed that there were no wings ready and it would be another 10 minutes. We walked out and will not be returning.

My food never came out, waitress was helping others except our table. When the food came out, she didn’t bring mine, said they messed up and took another 20 minutes to bring it. Food eventually came out all burnt and had to call the manager
