Where do I begin… we walked in at 5:45 on National Wing Day hoping to get a couple of drinks at happy hour and eat some drums and flats. Well, it turns out they didn’t want us there. In a restaurant with only 20 people, we managed to find the ONLY open table. You may be thinking, hmm, I guess that’s a small BWW, but it wasn’t people taking up the open tables… it was used dishes. I am not kidding when I say every table had lunch remains, empty glassware, or clean silverware waiting to be wrapped for service.
30 minutes went by in this graveyard of used dishes before we saw any sort of leadership figure. This manager appeared in our time of need much like Gandalf did for the Hobbits, but quickly retreated to his cave like Gollum without acknowledging anyone waiting. This doesn’t even include the gaggle of guests waiting for their takeout orders that we waved at entering and exiting.
Overall, this was the filthiest establishment I have ever been to. If this was the last place on Earth serving food, I still wouldn’t dine here as hunting for my own meal would be faster in urban Houston.

Don’t ask for a beer if you don’t have a ID, I’m 46 with grey hair hair all over me, they still didn’t sold me a beer!! I cancel my order and walk out!! There are better places than this place!!

Well I had dinner today there and my server was great food was good. But the atmosphere and vibes as soon a you walk in feels like death and dirty. Look there was a girl in green SCRUBS LIKE SHE WAS A NURSE OR SOMETHING ACTING LIKE SHE IS IN CHARGE. NOT wearing a buffalo wild wings. Attending guests it seemed like it. She broke every single health code volition. Had a white ear bud on, wearing SANDELS IN THE KITCHEN. GROSSSSSS!!!! I have no idea who was in charge but it seems like they dont care about their job. Serves complaining when a guest walks in to wipe down a table. My server had to clean table cause other girl got MAD CAUSE CUSTOMERS ASKED TO WIPE DOWN TABLE. TO LOOK ITS CAUSE SHE WANTED TO EAT. JUST UNPROFESSIONAL AND LAZY CULTURE. Who ever owns this location needs to retrain all staff. Lets go back to girl wearing sandals in kitchen, had a charm bracelet on. I sure hope she really wasn't handling people food cause that's gross. Other employees wearing smart watches. No standards at this location.

Funny how the little dumb things can ruin your night... I just wanted to have a drink while I waited for my food... How could that not get accomplished? How can a customer order a drink from a bartender at the bar and not get it? What's more infuriating is that I watch this person get everyone else their drinks. It took everything in me to bite my tongue. I had to get out of there.
I order some wings, and it came out with feathers. I mentioned the server about it but he told me ,” that way you can see the wings are from real chickens” . He didn’t care about my food… plus the place is very dirty and unsanitary.

Upon entering we see a sign that says wait to be seated and all the servers were standing around staring at us like we were stupid before saying “you can go sit anywhere.” Almost all the tables were dirty despite there being only 1 other group there. Even the menus were dirty. The dirtiness of the place almost made us walk out right then and there. I would understand if it was super busy, but there was hardly anyone there & plenty of servers standing/sitting in the booths not doing anything. The food was good and came out fairly quickly. The server was alright, but was nowhere to be seen when we were finished. We sat around for 25 minutes waiting for him to come back & give us the bill, but we couldn’t find him. A member of our group went to walk around & look for him, but couldn’t find him, so he had to ask a random person.
