Not open. Under renovations or something like that

So I waited for 15 minutes. Nobody came up to greet me. They said they weren't doing any to-go orders and then 5 minutes later they were doing to-go orders. They wouldn't let me order from half of the menu basically just wasting time

Buffalo Wild Wings at Hobby Airport, Houston, TX
I recently visited the Buffalo Wild Wings location at Hobby Airport in Houston, Texas, and my experience was a mix of highs and lows.

To begin, I ordered a Diet Coke, but it was unfortunately flat. When I mentioned this to the staff, I was told there were no other fountain drink options available, which was disappointing and not what I expected from a well-known chain.

On a brighter note, the food was a pleasant surprise. I ordered the breakfast sandwich, which included scrambled eggs, pepper jack cheese, sausage, and bacon on a brioche bun, served with potato wedges. The sandwich was delicious, and the potato wedges were cooked just right.

However, the service was underwhelming. While the waitress handled the basics, her lack of personality and engagement took away from the overall experience. A friendly and attentive attitude is especially important in an airport setting, where customers often seek a bit of comfort amid their travels.

Beyond the food and service, the restaurant itself could use some attention. The point-of-sale system mounted on the wall looked tacky and out of place, and the space overall seemed to need a deep clean. These details detract from the atmosphere and could easily be improved to create a more welcoming environment.

In summary, the food was enjoyable, but the flat soda, lackluster service, and dated, unclean environment left plenty of room for improvement.

My best friend hopped on a flight at 5 am to see me in a time of need, and this place couldn’t bother to be open. I’m sure the food, service, and atmosphere is great, but he didn’t get to experience it. My only complaint is that they aren’t open 24/7.

Crazy prices 20$ for a beer , crappy food after 1 hour wait time, when you click on the location it shows tons of deals, they don’t honor any of them” waste of time money and space get it out of this airport

First experience eating at a Buffalo Wild Wings. We just stopped for a quick bite flying through Houston Hobby airport.

IDK, greasy and the breading didn't adhear that well to my chicken tenders.

Not bad, not that memorable either. Won't return again by choice.

1 hour wait for an order of large tots and sprite. My order had to be remade because according to the person taking orders, “your order was bumped”.

Absolutely horrible customer service and rude staff at the to-go counter. Completely understand working in an airport can have its challenges, but taking out frustrations from prior experience on the next customer up is not a great look. Took business elsewhere.

Pro: 24oz to-go cups of legitimate Independent Craft Brewery options (Hipster Sauce IPA from Houston's 11 Below on a recent trip). Cons: they use the standard BWW menu, which includes many things they don't serve at the airport; noted 24oz beer will be at least $12. And as of 2024: No longer serving local craft beer...

Buffalo Wild Wings stays in its lane making a variety of chicken based comfort food with a wide range of delicious sauces and sports on TV. If that's what you want, BWW is where you want to be.

Terrible service at the bar on November 11, 2024 pm.

When you have to try and get the bartender’s attention to be acknowledged, something’s wrong. Wing order took ~30 mins. They did disclose it could take a while, but after the long wait, my order came out wrong! Had to wait again for new wings. Margarita was $14.

Careful of the bartender! I was charged over $19 for a single shot of vodka. I still left a $2 tip on my card because it's the right thing to do, and he graciously changed it to a $10 tip! Had to call corporate to get a resolution because the location phone number does not work.
