If we could give our experience 0 stars we would! This was one of the worst experiences we have had. Our server AJ was very disrespectful and dismissive towards me and my husband the whole night. He never once made eye contact with us, checked in on us or even turn his body towards us. This made us feel very uncomfortable the entire time, he was not engaging or nice to us at all but was engaging with the table behind us like normal. Please re consider your employees because if AJ is how this location is I will NEVER be back and I will make sure people do the same!!!! DO BETTER

I placed an online order and it was wrong! I ordered a bacon burger with fries and chips for my buffalo dip, but I received a black bean burger with no fries and no chips. When I contacted the store, they told me I had to drive 40 minutes back that same night just to return the wrong sandwich before they would fix it.
That’s unreasonable for a mistake that wasn’t mine. I offered to send photos, but they still wouldn’t resolve it. Terrible customer service and no accountability. Very disappointed.

This place is the worst and the slowest workers and mangers. Always messing up the orders, been waiting for my refund for over a month. They give me run around and the manger named Ashley likes to leave people hanging on the phone for 30 mins and forget. Professional.

I had lunch there today after church to have a burger and watch some football while eating. I was at the location around the 8400 block of Katy Freeway in Houston Texas. This is supposed to be a family friendly restaurant, but some drunk man was yelling profanity at the top of his lungs all through the game, dropping the F bomb and taking Gods name in vain every other sentence with families sitting around eating. No one from Buffalo Wild Wings said or did anything. I told the manager about it and that I was highly offended. Whether or not she did anything after I left remains to be seen. I highly recommend that if you have families, don’t eat here. I’m the publisher for a well known family magazine locally and will be writing a story about it this week.

My mom is addicted to wings, so we often take her to BWW. She absolutely loves them! Staff is always friendly and wings are always yummy!

I picked up a take out order. When I got home I found I was missing a side of ranch. Also, the two small containers I did get were not even half full. I could pour one in to the other and still wouldn't fill the container. If I order again, I'll be sure to skip requesting any ranch and just get more veggie sticks. The wings and fries were great. 🤗

The service was very disappointing. There was only one server on a busy Friday evening handling all customers, which led to two of our orders being incorrect. Even the check was handed over without a booklet. The overall experience was below standard!!
