Me and my son strode there for more than 5 minutes and nobody greeted us so we walked out. Sorry customer service. They was not packed at all. I will never return back. If you’re not a Mexican they will not acknowledge you. Totally racism here

It took them an hour to give me my food and the food was cold.

I genuinely despise this place , I have never been treated more horribly by a staff ever . As I got there I asked to dine in the guy (short white complected Latin) guy , he offered me the bar seats I said no thank you and he gave me a ugly look along with the white woman in the register as I sat down the guy didn’t offer me a drink or anything he just straight up left . And they kept passing back and forth looking at me and didn’t care to come an attend me 30 minutes pass and I see other tables being attendees as soon as they sat down .. when I was attended the waitress had such an unwelcoming and angry energy . I hate this place I felt so out of place and I think is because of my race please do not come here

Has been good with how fast the food is prepared to go when ordered through the app and fairly better when dining in from the last time I was there before when this location took 40 mins to bring me and my girlfriends food and the place didn't have many customers at the time.

It was the worst customer service I’ve ever had. My server Penelope barely checked on us and she was constantly on her phone. Also when she brought out appetizer out she nearly hit me on the head with it trying to put it on the table she didn’t say excuse me trying to put it on there. Also it took her like 10 minutes to come ask us what we wanted to drink. She checked on every table she had more way more than she did on us. Then to end it off I watched her sit down with I think two of her other co workers for 20-25 minutes just sitting there on the phones and talking I nearly wanted to go talk to the front people about it but she finally came to our table to give out receipt to us. That was the worst service I’ve ever had needless to say we won’t be going back.

This location seriously needs help. Sat at bar area, waited 8 minutes before someone acknowledge we were there. No biggie. We understand staff shortages or what not. But the rest of the evening got worse. We had to basically ask for everything. From napkins to the plate boats or paper plates for the bones, ketchup. We would have to wait for our next beer./
drink bartender super slow. Wings were cold as if they sat too long.
.we understand certain things but this was just bad service. We will be back but pls fix your service.

Service is horrible. The Host to seat people was terrible. It was a slow Tuesday night, not a weekend. Worst BWW I've ever been too. My food was delivered. Wasn't asked if I needed anything else. Just dropped my food and ran. Bartender wasn't behind the bar, waited 5 min until I went and grabbed my own ketchup. Wasn't asked if I needed anything the whole time until I finished my beer and then tried to act all cheerful about getting me another. Hell no, just give me my check. I still left a tip because I feel like a P.O.S if I don't, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I was very impressed a customer came in after I took my order and was having a hard time speaking English to place her order. The front desk worker went to get the supervisor Denzil to take the Customer order and he understood everything the customer was saying and was able to speak Spanish to resolve the issue with placing the correct order. I was very shocked the customer was happy and kept telling him thank you. He also educated her on how to use the online app to place our order in Spanish way to go Buffalo Wild Wings. Also the Dine area was very nice and clean i also was able to peek at the back Where the food would be prepared The kitchen was very impressive very nice and clean.

Came around 4pm and the host sat us down immediately but the waiter never came. After 15 mins of waiting and watching two servers stare at us and just walked to the bar or did lil task to look busy, I left with my niece it was empty and only two other ppl seat there was absolutely no way the server or wait time should have not been that long. We were not asked for water or anything just sat at the table staring at all the servers for 15 mins

I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The food I received was either fried too hard or possibly refried, so I returned it and requested a refund. When I spoke with the manager, he seemed irritated and insisted that all their food is made fresh, though he did agree to process the refund.

To make matters worse, the manager misrepresented my concern to another staff member, saying I complained about the wings being small, which wasn’t true. My only issue was that the food was overcooked or refried. I even showed a boneless wing to demonstrate how tough it was to pull apart.

Overall, I won’t be returning to this location. The food quality was poor, and the manager’s attitude made the situation worse.

There a few families trying to enjoy dinner however the TV is too loud and it’s a soccer game from South America. They could be showing football or UFC. I would not ever dine in here. Not many people eating here!
