Trying a new sandwich, (Cheesesteak)

I see this location has two stars. It’s close to my home and we keep trying it, hoping it’ll improve. It has, by two stars, barely. It improved because it no longer smells like a dirty mop, and the food we ordered arrived quickly. The server was great; friendly and efficient, and the beer was cold. The wings? Please people, this is in your NAME. The wings were small, dry, and overcooked. Again, our server was excellent, the atmosphere had a good vibe (our hometown team was winning), and the place was cleaner than in the past.

Came in sunday night for date night with my husband. Hadn’t been there in a couple of yrs! Now i remember why. Service sucks! They messed up my order not once not twice but 3X’s!!! Idk if my server was in lala land but he kept bringing me the wrong food over and over again. I ordered boneless wings and they were over cooked almost black. Never Again will i come back to this location

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. My family and i came to this location and got treated horribly by the staff. There was no one at the front so we decided to seat ourselves and one of the workers screamed and yelled at us and started belittling my family. They talked to us like CHILDREN! Unbelievable. We told the manager but they also did a pretty terrible job at handling the situation. Don’t come here if you want to get treated right. This location needs better management and better staff.

no one was at the host stand, seen other customers sit themselves yet they only approached us and spoke to us very rude. Instead of speaking like an adult they chose to scream and talk down. Would hate for someone else to experience that.

Horrible service, scheduled an order an hour in advance and when I got there the order wasn't done. They made me wait another 30+ minutes to make it. While waiting staff was nowhere to be found and people keep waiting to be seated.

Empty restaurant with super long waits for food... I saw at least 6 employees just hanging around with no interest in trying to help me get taken care of.

This place has become a disappointment in food portions and high prices. haven’t been to this location in awhile. I was better off making the drive to Bayou city wings in Pasa~get-down~Dina. At least you get your moneys worth lol

Very good place to go eat w ur family

Wait time was like 30 minutes food was cold
And I feel is over price for the quantity that you get

One of the staff decided to bring two of her young children to sit at a booth while she was working unsupervised.The jumping and running around made my husband and I uneasy. I couldn’t wait to leave.

I can't think of a better place to enjoy wings and beer!

Got there and waited in the front for about 5 minutes and no one came up to us to seat us, it wasn’t busy at all and the workers were just on their phones not paying attention
