I waited 40 minutes for 20 wings that I ordered for pickup with 1 hour in advance. Everything was cold. I saw people coming pick up and my order never got ready.

Service here is horrible. The sign says to seat yourself but then no one comes to service you. You literally have to flag someone down, if not, no one will ever come to even bring menus. Service and mgmt here is horrible. Possibly the worst Buffalo Wild Wings in town as far as service goes.

I ordered a sprite, I didnt get a sprite, My friend ordered fries, he didnt get fries. We asked for the check it took 15 minutes, we didnt dare ask for take boxes.

Worst experience ever. Ordered on the app, food wasn’t ready on until 30 minutes after scheduled pick up time. Took 20 minutes and my wife approaching someone to be acknowledged. Food ended up being cold. Worst b-dubs in the area. Do not recommend eating at this location.

4 years since my original review, and I see nothing has changed. Online order claims ready in 15 minutes. Try and hour and 30. Order was wrong. I expect no less. Remade order was wrong again. Of course it was. Offer to remake now cold tater tots would make too much sense. Throw in an extra 6 piece and ranch? Nope. I ordered 60 wings. What are you going to do with 2 incorrect orders? 🤔 Resale them. Desert Heat dry rub claims 4 flames. I ate them all and not only does my mouth not burn whatsoever, but I didn't even need a sip of water.

First off, I should’ve listened to the reviews and not come to this location. Since it’s by the movies I thought it would be more convenient to get something to eat but i was wrong. Upon walking in we seen fries all over the floor & drinks still on the table. Also when we walked in we weren’t greeted by anyone.. me & my girlfriend waited about almost 10 minutes, the security guard said “ somebody will seat you ma’am” as we watched servers talk and laugh and while we were just standing there.. & still the staff has yet to clean up the mess until 10 minutes later. We waited about another 5 minutes for our server to take our orders for our drinks. We only got 1 straw and had to ask for another.. ( you would think it’s common sense… two people so two straws ).. we ordered the sampler and that took forever to get to our table. We accidentally spilled our drink which our server seen.. i had to ask for napkins to wipe it up because it was on the menu. She didn’t offer to get us a new menu & she didn’t bother to wipe up the drink or ice cubes, so we just sat with a wet sticky table with a menu with lemonade and ice cubes plastered over it. And yes we made the mess and it was a small spill but it was all over the menu and I don’t understand that as a server why wouldn’t you try to get the mess cleaned or give us another menu? The food taking awhile is irritating but understandable it might’ve been busy and they might have been understaffed but there is no reason for us to get our food & the mozzarella sticks weren’t fresh.. the wings were hard and dry, the nachos were DISGUSTING AND COLD. The chips were half stale half soggy, chicken was cold and flavorless, way to much pico and peppers, no cheese and way to much sour cream. It was a cold, wet, flavorless mess. The onion rings were decent at best. We wanted to leave and pay our bill the minute we seen how unorganized and filthy it is but we didn’t want to cause a problem knowing our food was being made. Once we got our sampler we asked for the bill, paid & left. Not to mention it was a booth behind us with a broken slanted table just sitting there lol… This place is poorly run, the only person looking like they were actually working was some young black man in regular clothes. As for the female staff, walking around, talking, giggling and barely doing anything. If you want poor service and bad food then by all means come to this location because i am not happy with this at all.. 25$ down the drain…

Our server briana just pointed at our table and said go to that one. Then when our whole party arrived it took her a long time to get our drinks and my had to wait 30 minutes for her drink because our server kept forgetting. Then after we finished our appetizers she took another 20 minutes to come back to our table and order our food. Once we finally ordered our food it actually two hours in all for all whole party to get our food, im not blaming her for the food to come out but she only came once to tell us our food is coming, she never had the decency to say sorry for the wait our ask for a refill which two of the people in our party had to go ask the person at the drink station to get a refill. So once the food finally food came they forgot ten wings for my cousin's order, only gave one of my cousins 11 wings instead of 12 and me and my girlfriend had to wait to another 15 minutes just for us to get our food which we had to ask for the fries that were missing. I don't want the sever to get in any trouble i simply wanna state my experience and how i would never come back again.
I ordered the 20 piece boneless wing with fries. The fries where hard and refried the chicken was cold and hard. I called to let them know about my order. The lil dude on the phone was very unprofessional. He hung up in my face so I called back to see why he did it. He answered the phone again amd told him ummm you hung up in my face he said uhh okay how can I help you. I told him I will.be up there to talk to your manager about you. When I get there she offered to redo my fries and not my wing. I thought that was weird so I said okay and ask for the district manager number never got it. This place WAS my favorite now I hate this place because of the people that work there. Why would you service someone food that you wouldn't eat yourself. That is crazy to me that the manager really didn't care about how her worker treat the customer. If it wasn't for customer they would not have a check.

We ordered to-go and the food was pretty much inedible.
The fries were rock hard and stale and the chicken tough with barely any meat on the bone.
It feels like the managers running this place don’t care at all about food quality because they’re clearly serving old and stale food

I believe our waiter was Caleb. He did a great job. I like how they take the order at the table and it goes in as you request it. There were items we ordered coming to the table before the server finished taking our order. It was delicious and will definitely be back.
