I order $25 bundle to go at 12pm. Not a person in the store. What is this? This is for two. Sad amount of fries. The wedges are down right sad. I expected so much better when there is no other people or orders. Missing my ranch and celery. How in the world do you miss that with no one in the store! Over cooked my boneless wings too.

I’ve been to this one a couple of times and service has been awful both. However, this time I was baffled. Why would they not have audio on a playoff Rockets game in Houston. I will never go back.

It was amazing and it took a little while to get a server because they didn’t know we came in, but when we did our server lady was fantastic!! She was very sweet and made sure to help us and ask if we needed anything many times and even helped us pick out anything we needed help with!! Definitely going again

Horrible service ordered 4 meals and they didn't bring one out at all wasn't busy and didn't get food till ready to leave(update!!!!! Still waiting!! )

Came in with a table of 4. Everyone ordered 6 piece wings, but one person ordered tenders. We never got the tenders and made dinner awkward the rest of the time. The restaurant wasn't busy and the manager told us it was because they brought them to another table. I'd hate to see this place when they are actually busy.

Needs better management, service with both dine in and carry out are poor regardless of the time of day. Kitchen takes long to prepare food. If you carry out double check your order. First I got some other persons order, then they where missing items on my order. 3/12/25

Do not. I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. I went here to get some nice wings and bar food, and was left with trash. The portions are way too small, there is not quality control either. I called about my burger being cold, and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. There’s no sauce on my wings, chips taste bland, burger was cold and dry. These portions suck. I got a full order of chips and salsa and they gave me a sauce cup for salsa. 5 chips for the whole thing. This place is TRASH!!!
