They ran out of bonein wings I was disappointed ☹️ I didn't want to go anywhere else but I might start I live bone in that messed up my day how you run out of any kind of chicken bone out is like eating nuggets I could of went to McDonald's but I don't eat McDonald's ☹️

Ordered 10 wings and a large fry ahead of time, on their website. Ended up waiting an entire hour inside the restaurant for it, while barely being acknowledged. I got home 10 minutes later to hard, cold fry’s and TINY wings. I mean, the wings were the same size as the ranch cup, 2 inches!!
They confirmed why I barely come here and go to Wingstop instead.

The food was good but $19 for 10 bone in wings and a drink no thank you. Way too expensive for the small amount of food. Even if you account for inflation almost 2 bucks a wing is too much.

Gave me the wrong order then the whole staff decided to act like they where the inconvenienced ones , like if I didn’t spend a whole hour going back and forth because they gave me someone else’s order . Terrible customer service, they couldn’t even bother to apologize for the inconvenience or problem they just looked at me stupid , I honestly should’ve been compensated for the gas I wasted cause they can’t read a simple name on a piece of paper the manager couldn’t even have been bothered to talk to me even tho I requested to speak to him about the matter. Clearly based on other reviews you have a problem with your employees not doing their job .

Everybody at this location seems to hate their job. They NEVER want to pick up the phone. Especially if it is at night. If you hate what you do then don’t work there. What is so hard about answering the phone taking the order and that’s it ? I don’t get it. It has been several times that I call this location and every single time they never pick up the phone. I have been calling this location since 9PM - it is 9:36PM AND STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN AN ANSWER. I have called a total of 11 times since the phone hangs up at 2mins & 19 sec. Not sure who I can contact anyone higher up than whoever works at this location. Best believe I will find that out. Ridiculous.

Made an online order and was told I'd be refunded for part of an order due to them running out of tenders. When I get there I'm told I'm being refunded for the entire order because one item, on top of that I have to wait 4 days for them to give me a refund.

Took over an hour to pick up our Togo order. We finally get the order and get home, 1/2 of our order is missing and the other half we did get has no sauce. Tried calling and it just plays the auto recording until it hangs up. Super dissatisfied. F- rating.

Humble Budget

Don't bother ordering here togo for pick up... its going to be 30 mins late from the estimated time everytime. They have terrible customer service, dont be surprised if you get ignored for 15 mins when you check in to pick up the food you paid online.

What has happened to BWW???? I received the worst wings I’ve ever ordered from ANY wing place since the Hot Wing craze took hold. No exaggeration. Dreaded highlights include:
1. fly infested pickup lobby
2. Staff absorbed with cell phones
3. Cold, dry, sloppy wing order
4. Inedible food
Get it together BWW… you were once an industry best!

We usually take out our wings and eat them at home. Before this restaurant was there, we would go eat wings elsewhere, and when they opened, we were excited. HOWEVER, the to-go personnel are rude, especially if you don't leave them a tip. I leave cash tips, so it's not always on my card, but they are very rude. We love the food and the atmosphere but service is horrible.

I ordered 10 wings bogo with 10+ extra wings, a total of 20 wings and chose 3 flavors. They only gave me 15 wings with 3 flavors splitting into 5 piece a flavor. They gave me the last five wings plain no flavor. This is pure laziness from y’all worker! I paid for 20 flavor wings not 15 flavors wings with 5 plain wings. Comical work ethic from Buffalo Wild Wings as usual.

Food was meh, wings were dry and the wrap was oversauced.

They didnt give me my cookie I paid for, which I didn't notice until I got home. Rip.

Tots were just dripping in oil, soaked through the box even.

The atmosphere feels too modernized for my liking. Didn't have that buffalo wild wings brand to it.

Overall the only benefit of going here is if you appreciate items being a dollar cheaper here than the real places.

Also they don't have chips and salsa which is an L.
